Nadeem and Vlora were very helpful in getting us setup with our mortgage on an extreme time crunch. We'd be getting the reach around from other brokers and had less than 3 weeks to close. My sister recommended them, and Nadeem was great in getting us kick started. Vlora was a bit trickier to get a hold of, but at the end of the day, they pulled through with the lowest rates and just got us in on time for closing. It was a shaky experience, especially having seen several of the negative reviews mid-process and hoping faith would be enough. Glad they got us in on such short notice, and with a great rate. Would recommend them in the future to others!

They got us the best rate, but the process was stressful. They kept on asking us for additional information, copies of documents, proof of income, etc. They asked for more documents than any other of the firms we got quotes from. We didn't know until the day before closing whether we were approved or not for the mortgage. To their credit, they only had three weeks to get everything in place.

I used Butler mortgage to help re-finance my second home (in which my elderly parents live) after TD turned me down for not meeting all the required ratios.
Turns out Butler also placed the mortgage with TD at a very competitve rate and I can't be happier with their service.

I have used Butler mortgage services for our new home purchase and again for the renewal. My experience both times was great as Butler found us the best rate. My husband works for one of the big banks and Butler found us a rate which was even better than the employee rate which was offered to us by my husband’s employer. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! They lie all the way up to the owner of this company. They provide misleading and false information in order to secure customers with what they believe to be the best rates. They laugh at customers when they are caught in their unethical practice. Ron Butler has no customer service skills and laughs while taking money from unsuspecting mislead customers. They do not take responsibility for their actions and call customers names. Extremely unprofessional outfit. They fool customers into taking variable rate mortgages by PROMISING the bank of Canada has frozen rates for 2 years than can only increase those rates thereafter by. 25 basis points. This information i find out a year later as my mortgage skyrockets is incorrect. The bank of Canada did not freeze rates for 2 years and have increased each time by. 50 bases points twice in a year. I was promised by Cody a MAX rate of 1.89 percent at the end of my 5 year term but i will far surpass that by the end of year one. When asked to provide copies of the recorded phone calls for verification they tell you no and insult you instead. Guilty practice. As a former bank owner use a real bank who can actually advise you without malice.

Have used twice now, will definitely use again.

She kept me in the loop with all the matters going on, quick to respond, answer all my questions, emails and calls were prompt, she was so nice to talk too, made me feel like a somebody and she made the entire process so stress free. I contacted them back in early March. Was asked to provide necessary documents to see if we qualified. Waited and waited to hear back. Nothing. Weeks went by, contacted them again and was told they were just so busy but she would get back to me by the end of the day. Nothing. Again weeks go by, contacted her again, should I go elsewhere, no no she says.
Well, its now coming to the end of May. Dhe doesn't respond to text messages, emails or voice-mail. She's wasted my time and has cost me money in the sense that interest rates have gone up since I 1st contacted her.

Jeremy Mills with Butler Mortgage assisted with a recent refinance on a rental property. Not only did they offer a great rate, Jeremy and the team at Butler stayed on top of the process. We faced some challenges with the underwriters requesting additional documentation late in the process, however, Jeremy was on top of it all and worked hard to make sure the deal got done! A few years back we spent 4 months playing the bait and switch game with Butler mortgage. In the end it cost us $500 dollars to drop the persuit of a mortgage with them. Beware they will love you if you are high risk and foolish with your borrowing. Don't waste your time with Butler not worth the stress.

I asked a simple question about their advertised rates via chat and customer service refused to answer. They wanted all my info and wanted to connect me to a specialist. I only wanted to know if their advertised rate was insured or not. When a company refuses to answer such a simple question without getting all your info, you know there is false advertising at play or simply a desire to get your business.not to help or serve you.

Decided to use Butler Mortgage after searching online for the lowest mortgage rates available. Butler came up the lowest, and I recalled hearing their ads on the radio. I filled in the application online and promptly received additional information from them. The process was fairly straightforward. Butler, my lawyer, and my real estate agent all collaborated with each other and I basically just filled out the necessary paperwork. If I had any questions they were answered promptly. I dealt primarily with Ann, and also had contact with Ashley. I would definitely recommend anyone contact them if looking for a mortgage.

This company gave me excellent rate. If I have to choose a mortgage company next time, my only preference will be Butler Mortgage Inc.

LIES LIES & MORE LIES!
ron butler, steve ferrin, and others at this FRAUD SCAM CRIMINAL "business" LIED BAREFACED to my brother and I.
We had 100% Equity in our home and we asked them their rate (it's never 1.89% as they say in their FALSE ads).
They told us 5.99% was the best they could do.
The ACTUAL COST OF BORROWING WAS 20% which was concealed and hidden from us!
We asked if there were ANY OTHER FEES or CHARGES and they repeatedly LIED and said "NO other charges except a few hundred to the lawyer"
(a crooked lying lawyer they referred us to, "finn legal, randhawa in miss'ga).
Hidden and concealed between our income statements on page 32 of the many pages we signed was:
$13,500.oo "broker's fee"
$ 4,500.oo "lender's fee"
$ 3,000.oo "lawyer's fees",
Fraud scam butler Mortgage, their crooked lawyers, and their crooked lender DEFRAUDED my brother & I by stealing $21,000.oo from our mortgage proceeds.
We asked, they LIED, and duped us into signing pages & pages of documents that they CLEARLY MISREPRESENTED!
They have been sued numerous times, just check with any local court house.
Check the numerous complaints online and with the law society, the BBB, & FSCO.

We are engaged in a class action suit with other victims of these fraud artist criminals against the Ont. "gov't" for failing to shut these lying scammers down, and allowing them to continue lying and stealing from those they victimize.
