Butler's Appliance Service

I have an old Krupp espresso machine and I dropped the handle and broke it. Butler's Appliance Service had a replacement part! The knowledge they have is incredible. They knew everything about the machine! I'm so glad to have my espresso again and that the machine didn't go to landfill.

It's great to have a local business where I can get sound advice on repairs for small appliances. They even suggest whether I should spend the money to repair or toss them, saving me a potential expenditure for nothing, and costing them loss of income. In the end I would always go back, so its a win-win. I have not used them for repairs to major appliances, so can't comment on that.

Always helpful, very reasonable prices, excellent advice. We've been going there for 25 yrs and always satisfied. Run by a family.

Customer service is very poor!
I could not get a straight answer for rates and what can be wrong with my appliance. Why is that? Anyhow, it appeared he was irritated.
Therefore I will call another place.

I did not have a good feeling how I was spoken to.
