But the behaviour of receptionist was not good. Most ot the Time he was rude.
That's why me and my friend dislike this restaurant and never gonna go there.

I like spice food and was not dissapointed. I would not have survived their most spicy option. Love it

When I went to get takeout on the evening of October 16th, the cook was not wearing a hairnet, and there were no gloves in use. Additionally, the person at the cash register, who was also assisting in the kitchen, touched the roti with his bare hands while heating it up. Up until that moment, I had assumed that the roti was freshly made, but now I realize that roti is premade and only heated when there's an order.

I kindly urge you to wear gloves when handling someone's food. Considering you handle cash and deal with numerous other tasks, it's essential to maintain proper hygiene standards. Touching food with bare hands, especially without gloves, is unsanitary and risks the health of your customers. Please, for the sake of hygiene and customer satisfaction, wear gloves and a hairnet when preparing and handling food. Thank you.

Today I ordered 2 aloo tikki chat and rasmlai.it was not fresh & it smells so bad on the other hand rasmalai was not cold it was like water i don't like it at all. I recommend not to buy food from this place.i just garbage all the food.i just waste my money.

I recently had an amazing meal at Butter Chicken Roti in York Mills, Toronto. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the chicken biryani and paneer tikka masala - they were some of the best I've ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the spices were just right. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious Indian meal.

I am absolutely disappointed with my experience with this place. This was my second time ordering something with them. I ordered Chana- Bathura, as the picture was tempting. But the food was bland no flavour. The bathura that comes with it it nothing but just maida fried in oil. By the time i got my order it was already a papad. They don’t serve and chutney or anything on the side which makes it even worse. 1-star experience never coming back to this place. Definitely overpriced as compared to the food they serve.

2nd time I ordered butter chicken, I always order mild because I don't like it too hot, so mild is always good. Not sure what the negative reviews are about, for me it was always fresh.

I had the mixed vegetable korma with rice here and the flavors were incredibly well balanced! Great place for a quick lunch!

We ordered Chicken currey and kadhai paneer and both of them were great. I really liked the flavour. The only thing i didn't like was the concept of gravy wrapped inside roti.

This place is absolutely mouthwateringly amazing! If you try a Butter Chicken Roti from here you will be forever addicted! My mouth waters for it every single day!

Worst briyani I have ever had, literally no taste, they forgot to Microwave Chicken it seems. Food was hot but chicken is cold. Avoid chicken briyani at all cost

Went and bought butter chicken and rotti from this place on April 27th 2023, as soon as I placed the order the guy working there forced me to write a good review and I hve done that …. I got the food I reached home and when I open the bag it was completely spilled, first I thought it was my mistake that it got leaked then I open the bag and I saw they give the butter chicken on paper container and the container is ripped …. I called them and they said come back they will replace … but I travelled 45 on bus to that place …. And the food was at least 2 days old And they were begging me not post a bad review ….

Terrible business. Accidentally ordered 1-of of a buy one get one free. Called them (even offered to buy 2-of next order and they send me 3) but they did not even slightly care. Do not order from here.

The friendly lady answered all my questions and helped me to choose the level of spices.

It was so tasty. The roti wrap is thin, and it is not too breaded. I just love it.

The portion is huge. It split it into three meals.

I highly recommend this place lot of options for vegetarian and non vegetarian

Such a bad customer service, I place an order through Uber eat and the restaurant end up cancelling it because they don't have the item, which is they can put on sold out item on there, when I call to talk to the restaurant the person on the phone was so unprofessional and rude and hang up the phone on me. Terrible way of handling customer!

Highly recommend the Chole/ Chicken Saag items which are so well made and tasted far beyond my expectations.

Not everything on the menu is actually made for sale. Really only have one vegan option, even though the menu listed about 6 vegan options.

I just found this location and surprised because my mom loves their food esp the samosas (lots of flavor). So now I come here almost every week.

Worst place for ordering the food. My order was canceled after one hour. I am at work. I am missing my lunch break. Improve your service or leave uber ear service

They serve amazing and real indian taste food. Their politeness earn my respect and the person on duty, Venkat, was so nice.

Possibly the worst food you can ever order. I ordered from here multiple times the chicken that they use are the cheap no brand ones. If you order the buy 1 get 1 biryani it’s basically really old and you will get an upset stomach the next day.

I ordered malai kofta with rice I ordered meduim spicy but still it tastes like very spicy! And the portion of rice was very less. Even the allo prantha we ordered does not taste fresh!
