We enjoyed a wonderful high tea today. The team was very responsive during the booking period and answered all of my questions. The high tea was delicious, everything was fresh and tasty. One of a kind cafe that I frequent often.
They have high tea and stuff like that which is something you won’t find anywhere nearby. Highly recommend. Just be aware that they have limited seating inside so may have to get it for takeaway if it’s busy.

Its a cute little place with a best coffee experience. A must visit for having a pure English Tea experience.

Menu is extensive and provides options for many dietary redirections. It was my first time dining in, and it is such a cute spot! I would highly recommend.

Worst turkey sandwich every 1 piece of turkey and 1 piece of cheese with some sauce nothing else and for 13$. Subway is better and my 5 year old can make a better sandwich and it won't take 20mins wish I could rate it a 0 and show the picture of the garbage they call a sandwich.

The owners are friendly and extremely pleasant. They don't even turn away customers as they are closing and cleaning up. Extremely welcoming atmosphere!

I sat outside in the sun on the patio as the wicker seating area is so comfy.

I loved my experience here and will definitely become a regular. A quant spot to relax and enjoy a beautiful day with friends and family.

Best cafe! Their coffee is very tasty. The cafe is designed very nice and cozy. Outside patio is bonus. Staff is very decent. Natalie, sia, and owner all are nice. It’s worth your time to visit Butter and cup. Highly recommended

This place is overpriced for sure. The atmosphere is great and all but the food / drinks are not good. They also have no variety. I came looking for a croissant and they had none.

The coffee hits the spot and the food is delicious. Love the cozy vibes. I just wish the hours were longer.

Edit: in case this was not clear, today was not my first time here. I have been here at least 10 times. My first visit, the staff was nice, which is why I returned. On several other occasions, they have been rude and dismissive. The cashier today was very kind, but did in fact give me maple toffee instead of mango. Please see photos attached. I have eaten many of the mango and peach scones from your venue.

The scones are always yummy, the service is consistently horrendous. I almost thought I was getting good service today, but then the cashier told me she had given me the wrong scones and exchanged them. She ended up removing the correct ones (mango) from my box and replacing them with the wrong ones (Lord knows what). I work from home so couldn't drive back. Either they are completely rude or completely incompetent. I don't know if the treatment I receive it motivated by my appearance, but I do know that it's consistent.

This shop, my new fav! Finding a quality cafe can be hard in Brampton so when I found this cafe just a few minutes away - I was sold. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Staff are kind and attentive, the owner is so kind and has a great energy. You can tell she truly cares for the cafe and its customers. Not to mention the scones are 10/10. Vanilla and Peach was amazing. Went there to get some work done on a Sunday and I plan on spending all my Sundays here lol. A hidden gem for sure!

Cute, cozy and vibrant atmosphere…super busy yet friendly staff, great customer service. The pistachio croissant is MUST try! The filling is heavenly. I really appreciate when a small business gives little personal touch like beautiful handkerchiefs even for the washroom. Will be back multiple times in summer for sure.

My favourite place for coffee and scones. Erica is amazing and always greets you with a cheerful smile. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I think they’ve changed ownership. They carried Hale Coffee which was really good! They’ve seemed to digress to a pretty cheap gross coffee. Shame-burnt and old tasting. Hope they spend a little more and get some good coffee back in there from a reputable roaster. Wouldn’t recommend right now, if it improves we’ll be back in a flash.

The best scones I’ve ever had! My boyfriend and I are huge fans of the jalapeño cheddar and toffee scones. In addition, they have the most amazing toffee espresso cookies, matcha white chocolate cookies and fudge brownies! The staff are always friendly and informative. Would 100% recommend this place!

Lol it’s under new ownership. I’m struggling to understand how black coffee over ice is $3.33. Really overpriced for a commodity beverage. They also don’t have any signs on what you can order and you can’t even tell the price. I understand wanting to be a staple of the community but charging for basic beverages for more than Starbucks and lower quality makes no sense.

This Cafe is Easy to Find and its the Only Coffee Place in Southfield Village of Caledon. Its On the Corner of Kennedy and Dougall Ave.

They Recently Changed Owners and new Owners is so nice and bringing so many new changes to this place for Good. Already Loving all the Renovations they have done, and new tables and they have also extended their sitting area with a Cozy Corer with a Velvet Sofa!

Atmosphere is very calming and have free WiFi!

They have great Staff and they Provide Very Good Customer Service every time I go there.

Their Speciality is All Diff type of Scones and Cakes. Best part is they Bake* everything fresh* in the Cafe.

Very easy to find as the exterior is super visible with huge inviting shop name. The staff highly recommended their scones and after much deliberation between sweet or savory, I decided for the sweet blueberry scone. To my amazement, the scone was perfectly done with a bit of chewiness, a must try.

The barista Erica was super friendly and we ended up have a fabulous conversation about coffee

Sad the cafe got smaller and menu is limited (no more lunch items), baristas weren’t friendly/welcoming but the coffee tasted great.
