Had a great experience at Buy Mine Sell Yours! Found out about it through FB marketplace where the owner was very prompt and informative with responses. When I arrived, I was greeted upon entering by friendly staff who were super helpful in finding what I came in for. They have a wide selection of items that are organized well and priced fairly; I ended up buying 2 more things than I came in for. I'll be back!

I will never ever return to this place especially since they never buy instead they always want customers to buy.

That company name of theirs should only say Buy Mine since that's all they do!

I purchased two Harry Potter vintage Christmas ornaments that were absolutely pristine and after they shipped them to me I got them the day after! Excellent experience will definitely purchase from this store again!

Unfortunately not impressed. Came from out of town to pick something up. Paid half in advance. Once home realized it was missing a piece. Emailed back and forth and was told someone shipped it. Well still have yet to get this piece. Was purchased well before Christmas 2022.

Just some really decent guys to deal with here. Alot of unique items and tonnes of tools! Really appreciate the bargaining and the negotiation part as well, these guys are legit and know what they are doing! Thanks guys for your help finding me my baby saw echo 2511t. Lol I just took a screwdriver and opened up the port for exhaust more and bam it ran like a 38 cc saw? Thanks again!

Very kind staff and amazing selection of video games and interesting finds. Ended up spending a lot of time there because there was so much to look at, and great conversations with everyone. Also gave me an amazing price on my old games.

Came in today to sell a bracelet. I'm not very educated when it comes to the price of gold, all I knew was it was worth something. Anyway, the owner was very helpful and actually walked me through the process. He gave me a more then a fair offer of $110 dollars, plus my roomy was with me and wanted two video games both priced at $10. The guy threw in both and I took $100. He didn't have to but I thought that was kind to give one game for free. He was very honest and decent salesman. Plus, I loved alot of the stuff they had for sale. I will be going back, just because I want some of the items and also doing business with them. Worth taking a trip over to their store.

Staff were both very friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed from home goods, to hockey paraphernalia, to silver. Very impressed

In a market where everyone is trying to price gouge for things like electronics and video games I was amazingly surprised when I walked in and saw everything they had was fairly priced. The staff is also wonderful to speak to beyond just asking for help as they all seem so happy to just be there. Being in that pawn shop just puts a smile on my face.

I have made several purchases in this place. Recently bought Dewitt impact. The product was way cheaper than other platforms. It came brand new in original box!

Bad experience. I asked for the Star Wars Lego. They said it’s available. They never told me it’s been booked or something drove an hour drive. And they said it’s been sold. Very unprofessional.

A well priced, well rounded environment with so many different products. Sometimes I go there just to look around, even though I shouldn't be spending more money. I constantly strike up conversations with the staff there, they are very down-to-earth and friendly individuals. They even gave me the nickname "Games Guy. " Don't worry, they say it out of endearment. 5/5, will go there again next week.: D

While you might be able to save some cash here, I pray that you have thick skin, and are able to hold your breath. I've never felt so unwanted in a store before.

I went here last week, and I found that the staff are rash, and impatient. Even simple questions will draw unnecessary amounts of attitude and sass.

Take note that any of the reviews regarding "positive attitude" of the staff is from 1-2 years ago.

Don't go here.

Going here blows, every employee is in your face or constantly harassing you including the owner. The guy just sits on a stool in the corner watching your every move. Plus all the video games are overpriced or never in stock. Just avoid.

I've made numerous purchases over the years and found the staff helpful and supportive of occasional product issues. Recently acquiring two vintage gaming consoles and many games ; the experience remained consistent. My three kids now enjoy looking at the retro gaming merchandise and will be frequent visitors. I haven't pawned or consigned any product but have heard the offers are fair and considerate. This would be expected of a pawn shop in business for nearly 15 years.

I've been a customer here ever since the shop opened up in Clarkson. I primarily buy, sell and trade DSLR lenses.

The staff are friendly, the store is well-lit and organized, and the deals are straightforward.

Will definitely continue buying and selling here. I'd recommend it over some of the less inviting resale shops in the GTA.

Buy Mine Sell Yours is a special store in Clarkson Village. Browsing several months ago, I had an idea for my disabled son - a three wheel bike. The helpful and friendly
staff said they could take my name and call when one came available.
When I recently received this call, I was impressed that they followed through on their promise. The bike was in "like new" condition for a very reasonable price. Following up with my son, he determined that his disability would not allow him to safely maneuver any bike. Relaying this information, Dave assured me that he had other potential buyers and gave me credit for my deposit.

Had a very positive experience at this store. Things I like compared to others is the variety of newer items and the quality of the used items they sell. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. My suggestion is to go in and not be in a rush. There is lots to see and lots of great finds. There is a good chance they will have what you are looking for. Thank you for your help with the audio equipment.

Every experience I have ever had here has been a positive one. I find that the staff here is knowledgeable and passionate about the products that they sell, but - and far more importantly - are deeply invested in caring about and helping their customers.

I walk in with very basic expectations: "let's hope they have something close to what I need in the store", and what ends up happening is closer to "they will have it, and if they don't, they will spend as much time as it takes helping me find either that or the next best thing".

Service is 10/10, and never anything less whether I'm talking to the owner or a rank-and-file employee. Will not only visit again, and again, but will do so as my first choice before trying other options. It's difficult to recommend this place more highly than I have: and believe me, if I could think of a way to do so, I would.

I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, as I’ve had some pretty negative experiences with some other pawn type shops. I was greeted as I came in by a friendly employee, and was selling some jewellery so I was directed toward the back to talk to Dave.

He was really friendly, honest, personable, and knowledgeable. It’s nice to see great customer service from an owner, and nicer to see it in this type of business. Dave also offered me more than I was expecting for my jewellery so that’s always a bonus!

Overall, I’m super happy with the experience I had here today, and I would definitely recommend anyone to sell here. There was a lot of cool stuff around the shop too, and though I didn’t get a chance to really browse all the games and movies, I know I’ll be back to do that soon!

My very first time in there I've never been inside of a pawn shop for so I really wasn't sure what to expect the staff were courteous and very kind I might have to make that my normal pawn shop since there's none around here

Best Pawn Shop around! These guys are awesome! I brought my Harley 883 Sportster to them and they sold it in a week for asking price. When my mom passed away they bought her jewellery and Royal Doulton. I have bought hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, sports stuff and some tools all at great prices.

Was just in there we got a Tv 50 inch and a Xbox original with a few controllers and a game. Don helped us out and was very generous. Usually when you go to sell stuff you feel empty handed these guys make it so much easier. Dave and Don plus the other female work (forgot name) are great people you feel welcomed here and never rushed. They got alot for sale so come check em out. Tvs laptops speakers drills you name it. I'm Adam n we will take all are business here from now on. Even are kids like the store.

He bought my jewellery at a reasonable price and then we browsed the store to find a whole pile of hidden gems - vintage video games, a wide collection of DVDs and CDs, guitars and a variety of instruments, anything you name it! This store is amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

I checked to see if this store pays the most for the items I was selling and I shopped around at other buy and sell stores, this store offered me TWICE what their competitors offered. Come here to sell your things, you will be treated right and get more money.

This is the BEST place to buy OR Sell! Our buddy Dave is a great guy who Gave us the BEST price on things that we wanted to sell, not to mention the endless walls of goodies there (like old game console’s and games) at a decent and reasonable price! They also have a great selection of gold and silver diamond rings. The staff are so welcoming and amazing! Always greeting you with a smile and a nice hello when you walk in the door! Honestly I will always go here for buying or selling! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS This use to be my favorite place to come and look for used games and movies. Unfortunately you have hired some extremely rude employees who think its ok to get in the customers face. I understand your policies but they could be relayed politely and especially after you said you didnt want the item theres no need to get in my face about it. I will not be returning to this store.
