Buy N Sell Phones ( Value Mobile )

They have fake products. I bought 2 charges both were fake and they give warranty first then they refuse to change it. I have proof of this thing that they have fake products.

I visited this store 3 times i got good customer service from the employe really good the girl named gurkirpan really deals good and with good behaviour with their customers

I went to the store for new connection, they give me Freedom mobile connection with phone on contract. I told them that at another store i was told that there is no coverage in my area of freedom but here they insisted there will be good coverage.after 2 day I told them that there is hardly any coverage.they told we dont do anything now I need to call Freedom mobile. I stayed and tried to manage.now my bill jumped from $103 to $126 after 3 months. I was told that it will stay $103. STAY AWAY from this store! Full of lies

Buying cellular sim card is always dilemmic situation for every customer. However my visit to Value Mobile at 499 Raylawson Blwd was really very appreciating. Staff is really nice and complying to the customer's confusion very effectively. One lady staff named "Bandana" helped me out to buy best sim suitable to my need and with best available offer. She also gave me details product variety in the shop with best value. I end up buying a phone cover for me and my sister along with sim with highest satisfaction. Customer service, Staff and phone accessories are very delightful. Keep up the good work guys. ️

I work with special needs kids and my iphone 11 was tossed against a wall by one of the kids and was broken severely.
Fortunately I was recommended to visit these guys and i must say I’m impressed.
I only waited about 25 minutes and my phone was repaired on the spot.

A place where we can get all the satisfactions about plans and benefits specially staff is very nice and provide me all detailed information.
I will highly recommend everyone to go there. They charge genuine amount nd provide great discount and benefts.

Omg, I never seen such an educated staff before. They don’t have any up-to-date knowledge at all. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS OWNER AHAZZ. We went there to get our laptop fixed and he broke my laptop instead of fixing it and never admitted his mistake. I told him to either give my money back that I paid for fixing the laptop or fix the damage. My laptop screen started flickering after he changed the battery. I don’t know what he did and said it was like this before

Ahazz it's very disappointing to see your lack of integrity on your owner's reply to your lies and stories after we purchased like you said 2 ipads and laptop from you in Dec. 2019. Rightfully like stated under 90 days warranty we came back early March 2020 before end of warranty and you gave the excuse that due to Covid pandemic you were unable to source the part required to replace the charge port. You NEVER replaced the iPad liar, I also had to purchase 2 more chargers from you. You were very aware of the faulty iPad and kept giving us stories and try to buy time then lie about 3yrs later.instead of accepting your lack of warranty and apologizing you try to reply with claiming my wife was swearing in your store. I expressed you were a waste of time in front of customers so you were embarrassed because you are trying to not look like a bad business person from a customer's experience.
See 2weeks ago another review spoke of you learning a lesson not to fraud, which is the same as scamming. Stop lieing and play games or I'll escalate and report your store to Better Business Bureau.

Dropped and broke my iphone 11 pro max's screen over the weekend. My co worker suggested me to come here and I have to say I'm impressed.
Best thing is it only took them about 20 mins to fix my phone while i waited there.
The customer service was very good, staff was very polite and knowledgeable and they have very cool accessories (i ended up buying a phone holder for my car which wirelessly charges your phone as well).
Will definitely be returning here for my future cellular needs and will recommend them 10/10.

I came in today roughly around 2: 50 pm spoke with Ahaz let me start off straight off the bat extremely polite he gave an amazing price to replace my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen and had it done with less then 20 minutes I can’t believe how fast and efficient this place is great job guys thank you again! Every time I go some where to replace my phones they usually mess it up I’m glad I found this store will be my go to now for not only me but my family and friends!

Costumer services of value mobile are marvolous as they have solved my problem at their ealiest convenience. Moreover, they are good listeners as they had provided proper attention to my need and gave best solution to it instantly. I am really satisfied with their services.

They are superb in doing their job. Specially called up the technician to fix my phone and it got fixed in the less than 8 hours. Do choose this shop.

1. You were mean when I asked for warranty, which is a basic right of a consumer.
2. I never asked you to touch or repair it. I just offered to show the device.
3. You were sarcastic that I had too much time when I said I tried to fix it.
4. I bought it from Best Buy, though it does not matter.
5. The problem is not what you said, but how you said it. If you can't show respect to your consumers, you are bound to receive negative feedback.

The customer service was fast and efficient. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a new phone at a good price and excellent customer service.

My laptop had an technical issue which was fix by them in 5 minutes. The other shop’s technician was saying we are not able to fix what ever happened to your laptop. Thanks sir for the quick result. I appreciate your technical skills.

Why I have to give even 1 start.there should be negative marking. Worst place, I will never visit again. No sense of other's time. He can't answer simple motherboard related questions.

If I can give 10 stars, I would. The folks at this location are second to none. I have taken several devices (phones and tablets) to be repaired here and never once has my experience been less than stellar.
The rates are very reasonable, cheaper than most I have researched and the quality of work is perfect. Never had issues with anything fixed and never waited more than a couple of hours.

Would recommend a hundred times over.

Purchased a dell touch screen i5 laptop for a very good price. Good customer service. Will recommend.

Poor customer service - First off the screen quality for my iphone replacement was below standard. The screen had dull low lit colours that made it annoying to use. Second, I was told I had a 30 day warranty for the new screen replacement. A couple of days into the replacement the screen started acting up by freezing and being non responsive at different random times throughout the day. When I went back I was told that I had to pay $50 to change the screen!? !? What are warranties for? Complete money grab. I don't deal with establishments that care about a measly sum of money rather than their reputation and especially their clients!

I don't even want to give one star for their service. The worst service i have ever experienced. Me and my friend bought 2 dell laptops from them. They gave hp chargers. We are visiting to thier shop from last 3 weeks. Yesterday they gave us a charger which they said of dell company. But what we see, that they just paste the sticker of dell company on other company's charger and of itscourse its not working. Everyone is ignoring our trouble. We have assignments and so many things to do and all of these things are delaying just because of them. They are giving us so much stress.

Stopped by for blue-parrot Bluetooth set and ended up picking a case as well for my Samsung note 9 at great prices. Very good customer service.

POOR SERVICE!
Firstly they've given us chargers of HP with Dell laptops and said HP is a big brand it's not gonna affect the laptops regardless of our continues reminders that laptop is showing ALERT message, then they were not able to bring dell chargers for us it's ben 3 weeks now. And today they've given us chargers of dell.they said its "original Dell" chargers.but guess what.their "original chargers" have sticker of some other company which is peeled off and they're past dell stickers on it and moreover this charger doesn't do anything, neither affecting the battery nor charging it!

Tried calling in to just ask about their services and instead of her saying she couldn’t hear me, she takes the phone and hangs up. Didn’t even let me know if they offer the service, when I called back to ask and find out why they weren’t answering my questions they hung up, AGAIN! I can only imagine what they would do with your phone.

I recently went to Value Mobile as I needed to get a new phone, but given my student budget I could not spend too much. The associate at the store provided super customer service by recommending a great phone at a reasonable price point and was very patient and understanding throughout the experience. If you're looking for mobile devices or electronics in general, definitely the place to go. VALUE MOBILE is not a gimmick! Visit them and you will see for yourself!
