Buy N Cell is amazing! I will never take my phone to Samsung for repair ever! Samsung is a rip off! Here is what happened. I have a Samsung S20FE that I purchased 16 months ago. The other day it just randomly went straight to a black screen when I tried to send a text. It would turn on, show the Samsung screen then go black again. It was fully charged and I could not get to my home screen or anything else. I took my phone to my carrier and they told me it sounds like the motherboard take it to Samsung because they couldn't help me. I took it to Samsung and they told me they needed to replace the motherboard and that they could not save any of my data or pictures. I was devastated. Then they told me it would cost approximately $550 to do this. I left and took my phone with me to process this information. Then a friend recommended I try Buy N Cell for a second opinion. I figured it would be a waste of time because if Samsung can't save my pictures no one else can. Well boy was I wrong. Samsung is nothing but a rip off. Buy N Cell said it wasn't the motherboard at all. They ran their own diagnostic and discovered the problem was my back camera. They replaced my back camera for $85 and I didn't lose any data. All my pictures and data was saved. My phone works perfectly. I love my Samsung phone but I will never take it to Samsung again. They just want your money. The staff at Buy N Cell were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! So thankful I brought my phone here!

My daughter had a broken screen replaced by these guys about a year ago. I little more expensive than the others guys but that wasn’t the problem the issue is that she broke her screen again and in-order to save a her a little bit of money I changed it for her. When I opened up her phone to do the repair I noticed there was several (4) screws missing and they didn’t install the adhesive gasket. Shocking… Do Not Use These Guys for repairs.

I wanted to sell my iphone 6 and found these people off of kijiji. I had a whole conversation with them about it through text. I entered their store and casually asked them how much would you take an iphone 6 for the girl there without even taking a look at the phone says 45$. Through text with them they told me 75$. Awful place, I drove 40 mins to get there for nothing. A great way to waste peoples time and money.

When did you change your website? It is horrible, it is bery hard to navigate and not user friendly. You had a wonderful sire before. Having the categories in black amd very small print on the left side is not pretty. P, e make revision.

Bought a brand new iPhone X at the Vaughan store, their Prices were the lowest and Service was great.

Here is a real review because they give discounts to those who write positive reviews. I took my phone in to fix the screen and they broke the audio cord I'm sure it was them because before I went there it worked and the next morning it did not. I told them and they said they didn't do it and there was no way to prove it but I could get a 50% discount to have them fix it. I told them I'm not paying for something you broke. The manager named Alice was called she pretended to be busy in a "meeting" and not available to address my concerns. They don't know how to fix Iphones to say the least and you will have you phone further broken by taking it to repair here.

These folks are specialists in sale and repair of anything cellular at a fraction of the cost of any manufacturer

Horrible service. Kept the phone for 2 weeks after saying it will be fixed in 3-4 days and still could not fix the phone. Would give them negative rating.
