BVD North Bay

I stopped here to fuel and get something to eat as a Truck Driver. This location has a Subway inside and it is basically the reason for the 2* I would have given more but unfortunately this Subway along with the rest unfortunately have changed their menu's. These changes have turned your sub ordering experience into an argument with the Sandwich "artist". They are very certain about how each sub is made and did not really want to change it.

This will be my last Subway visit for a long time.

As for BVD Petroleum and their facilities, I will give 5* without question. Always very clean and washrooms are well maintained.the store is well supplied and very organized.

This place is usually clean but the showers were not clean at all this visit. The night staff doesn't want to do anything so they said the washer and dryer were broken and they had no towels. But magically one appeared from under the counter, and the washer and dryer were working when i walked by. They just don't want to wash any towels. So lazy! Hair all over the floor and in the shower and sink. One staff member having a snooze in the driver's room. Like i said, usually during the day it is clean but this visit it was far from it.

Has a small convenience store, a subway inside with a burger King and tim horton's nearby. Drivers lounge bit small but kept clean, as clean as you'd expect anyways.

Worst place ever to take shower for truck drivers. Bathrooms not clean. Hair all over. Big mess in shower rooms. I took pictures.

Squirrel in the truckers lounge. Truckers lounge chairs filthy (wife wouldn't even sit on them) chip bags all over the floor- hence the squirrel.handed a shower key after he specifically said he had to clean one for us, walked in garbage can over flowing with paper towels and freaking water bottles, toilet dirty sink dirty shower dirty floors wet.he asked me if shower wasn't clean due to garbage? I said u knew about the garbage? Lol turned around walked out. Had a water bottle shower in the parking lot. 2 stars because they have Tim's next door and big parking/fuel

Was a perfect stop on our motorcycle ride. Awesome coffee at Tim's and a fill-up with gas from the gas station next door.

No one wears masks inside the shop. I asked the employee to wear one, he acted like i asked him to do something outrageous. I walked in and walked out. Have some respect! You don't know who's going though what medically.

Very clean and nice washroom and shower.all employees and owner deal nicely with drivers.appreciate

Lots of potential but drivers lounge used as storeroom. Only one employee. Not clean. Boxes everywhere and shelves not stocked properly. Subway inside. Burger King and Tim Hortons next door. Easy parking.

My 62 yr old mother went in to their business on march 27th in search of hand sanitizer, the gentleman working stated they did have some and pulled it out from behind the counter and said 39.95. I am appauled by the lack of human decency from this store, how can you be ok with price gouging when we are suppose to be a community and come together in a crisi. I am disgusted with the way they feel they can treat their customers, I for one will boycott this place and let everybody know just how disgusting this place can be.

Showers/bathrooms a little small but they were clean. Lots of truck parking and manuevering. Petro-pass station, a subway and a Tim hortons on site
