I recommend that anyone thinking about buying a Bulgari bracelet, reconsider and buy it somewhere else. Faulty mechanism and the bracelet will keep falling off. Don't bother asking this location for support, too much arrogance.

First time shopping at Bvlgari in Yorkdale. Jack was professional and patient, showing us the different collections and helping us try on different sizes. I recommend asking for his assistance if he’s available. Will be coming back for a necklace soon.

I was having such a bad day after leaving the Omega boutique where I was practically profiled as a thief when I walked in to BVLGARI boutique to take a look at the Octo Finissimo.
Frankly, I wasn't too sure about considering this watch for purchase because it is so distinct and odd for my traditional horology eyes. But a lady named Callista who worked at the stored was so helpful and enthusiastic that this watch is now on my shortlist. Her amazing service really brightened my day and made the watch itself more appealing to me. It is incredible how effective great service can be and I expect to be coming back to this specific boutique to buy an Octo Finissimo from Callista if I end up picking this watch over the other options.

Min has been exceptional to work with at the Bulgari boutique at Yorkdale.

As I was contemplating purchasing the Bulgari Octo Finissimo, she was able to provide me with feedback that was incredibly insightful, respectful, and helpful.

Admittedly, there were some minor hiccups with the purchase, yet Min was extremely empathetic and attentive as she resolve the issues for me. Long story short, I am very happier with my purchase.

Purchased my first Bulgari bag today from this location. I have been to every luxury brand store in Yorkdale mall and have purchased from many but I must say the service at Bulgari was TOP NOTCH and memorable.

My sales associate CHIRIN was absoultely amazing! She was very kind, sweet and understanding. Half of the fun of purchasing luxury goods is the experience you get and I got a quality, friendly, above and beyond luxury experience today.

My box was custom painted with flowers for me, my boyfriend and I received Laurderee Macrons while we enjoyed the art being painted. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and I appreciate the over all experience I had today! I will never forget my first bulgari bag that is for sure!

Sold me a necklace and said it was free to lengthen, but when asked to lengthen, they asked for money. Very condescending sales people.

The shopping experience is excellent to buy diamond ring! If you are a person who respects reputation and customer services, the Yorkdale location is the best place I highly recommended, because it will exceed your expectation!

The associate takes the time to explain and educate you on the quality and design of diamond ring. Our diamond expert was Julie, she was so patient and knowledgeable about jewelry we left feeling like we made the perfect investment for our wedding anniversary. Move over, she really respect and genuine care about our story. We believe we shall be forever customers! !

OMG stay away from this place. We went there this morning to purchase my finance’s wedding band. We ended up buying the ring cause this was the one my fiancé really liked and didn’t have time to order online and our wedding is coming up. Here is the whole experience: we were greeted by an Asian women named Julie (I think that was her name) oh wait no sorry we weren’t greeted! Only by he door man who was absolutely friendly and nice I must add.to say this women was unfriendly and snobby won’t do it justice.yes the word your thinking of is the word to describe her! And when I finally had enough and put her in her place she got so offended and asked us to leave the store. Quiet honestly if it wasn’t for the doorman who was so nice and got us to stay and calmed us down we would have been long gone. Finally the manager came, she didn’t do much about the situation but at least she was nice. Reading other reviews it seems that horrible customer service is a thing at this store and specially the Asian woman has other bad reviews and yet she’s still working there! Overall unless you enjoyed been disrespected and been treated poorly stay away from this store.

If there is minus 5 stars. I will definitely give to them. With no hesitation.

I ordered the existing unique size engagement diamond ring from this boutique. What happened is they announced they spent three weeks to ship here but what coming is a same unique size but a replaced diamond. Try to hook me spend more money to buy.

I have been a fan of Bulgari watches for a good number of years now. Hence, well familiar with their customer service in both London, England where I lived before and New York City. Now, given Bulgari's relatively new presence here in Canada, I was a bit apprehensive in bringing my watch in for servicing. Let me just say, the staff is first-rate and surpassed all my expectations. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, with attention given to every detail. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Hands down, the Toronto store can go head to head with any of its leading international Bulgari counterparts. Just another example of Toronto's emergence as world-class city.
