Went here and ordered a atv back in October of 2022 and they worked with me the hole time with it being recalled and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with it. Recently both a used snowmobile treated me like I bought a new one they done a full service no cost, unheard of for a used sled.
Highly recommended them won't hesitate to go back.

Can't say enough good things about their operation. I have dealt with them for the last 4 years on a number of pieces of equipment and particularly in the last year, Ryan and the service department have done a great job of looking after me.

Needed a professional heavy duty trimmer and attachment. Got what we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Called for a solenoid and was e-mailed a picture before I made the hour long drive out there to make sure it was correct. Awesome added service, thank you Alicia! You are amazing for doing that.

Called back for a no start on a tractor, instead of booking a service gave me some tips over the phone and fixed the problem instantly, service department fantastic job and the best staff around.

Friendly staff, some not real up to date with the prices of what stock they have available unless they talked to the manager. The prices they have are the new covid prices on the stock they bought in the spring which were not paid in covid prices. Exact same model numbers at a further dealership were $600 cheaper. Like everywhere they have not received very much new inventory for 2021.

Went in to buy a nut for a brand new Auto Connect Mid-Mount 54" mower deck for a Joh Deere 1023 E lawn tractor. Didn't have the part but were going to order it. Got a call an hour later saying they came in a pack of 50 and they wouldn't order it unless I bought all 50. Guarantee you they will never see my backside there again. Only giving 1 star because there are no zeros.

Just had my lawn tractor serviced. Great good all extra parts were there and fantastic prices.
Will be returning for more equipment and future repairs if needed. 5 STARS.

I bought a Husqvarna Riding Lawnmower and found the customer experience here fantastic. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the product; he was professional and answered all my questions, even after I got home and called in for a follow-up question. The curbside pickup process was seamless and on time. I would highly recommend Byers Equipment Motorsports and will be going back for some additional lawnmower attachments.

The down side witch they have no control over is getting parts. Come on corporate you are hurting your dealerships

Recently purchased a 2019 Polaris 570 EPS/EBS 2up. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with explaining various model options, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Was out today sledding and oil light came on half way to orillia
So I made it to the lake and realised the lake wasn't open so I called and asked if there was another way and they said no but they could get someone to drive out to me 2 litres of oil
When I offered to pay 20$ for the delivery the guy absolutely refused the money
Great place great people would recommend them and will be going there myself from now on

Took my WalkerEvensShocks in to get rebuilt a week went by and they said next week next week came and they said they needed to order parts so I went there and picked up my shock in a take out bag, brought it home and inspected the parts and there was damaged on a bushing from disassembling it. Now I’m wondering if that is the part that they were waiting on and expecting me to pay for it. The staff seems friendly but I’m wondering if they have enough staff because three weeks to rebuild a shock it’s not the norm

Great bunch of people there. Very respectful service. Plus my son has been there a few years and loves his job. Not many people can say they like there jobs today. It's all in how you work and they have a great team there. Great work guys!
