Our favourite freight company to work with by a long shot! Karla is amazing, and has always been super speedy, responsive, professional and kind towards our many requests and bookings over the years. Sometimes our third party warehouse will book different carriers where I am stuck chasing them for updates or having to with over priced fees and delays. I am reminded every time how great BY EXPRESS is in comparison.
