Wow! I can’t recommend bymas enough. I was in a huge jam when I broke a bolt on my sway bar. It was in a really tricky spot. All the other mechanics I went to said there was nothing they could do after I had broken my extractor screw trying to remove the bolt but some how they got it out! I could not be more grateful to their amazing and friendly techs. Thanks again to all the Byma team!

I'd like to thank Mike and Mark at Byma's for creating a great customer experience. I have a 32-year-old car, and it's very hard to find shops willing to work on it. Mike let me know that my car was in good hands as he had experience with these cars many years ago. I was looking to replace my intake manifold gaskets, solve a braking performance issue, and have them make some general suggestions about things I should be looking after shortly. After the initial diagnosis by Mark, Mike sent me a very detailed email with many pictures of the condition of my engine internals, as well as other items he recommended changing. There was zero pressure to replace anything that wasn't urgent. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Upon picking up the car, Mark informed me that he also had experience with these cars when they were new. He was very patient with me and took time to address my many questions about the car. I'm very picky about technicians working on my car, as I've gotten used to doing many things on my own, but this job was out of my scope. I'm glad Byma's was recommended to me, and I'll definitely be visiting them again. Thanks Mike for being so thorough with the information and suggestions about my car, and thanks Mark for spending time to address all my concerns, educate me on some misconceptions I had, and give me the peace of mind to keep such an old vehicle on the road reliably and safely. I highly recommend these guys.

Vehicle recently had a flat tire on a cold wet rainy day and while Byma's was very busy servicing clients with appointments for change over to winter tires still found the time to repair my flat.

Used Byma's for an oil change, inspection and serpentine belt replacement. I really like how they show the inspection results via an email and they quote in detail what future work should be considered. Really impressed with how they operate. Price seemed reasonable.

It’s Awesome! I had a great experience from past and now that I have been back to them the quality of care both for their customers and customer’s vehicles is just great. My car broke down on me twice, rendering me afraid I would not make it to work on time. I called Bymas and asked if they could look at the starter as it wasn’t turning over. They said they could but it might be a week to get it repaired. They said the assessment would cost money to figure out what the issue was. It was my impression at this time that the money would go to looking at the starter to see what was wrong. They were not clear on that and charged me money to look at everything else that I knew was functioning. They said it would be even more money to look at the starter. I don’t have money and got a rental car for them to basically put the key in the ignition and not know what the problem was. I was recommended this place by my sister who starts regular fights with me so I should have known better not to go to this money grabbing place. If they didn’t want to fix it they should just tell me or if they didn’t know what the problem was and wanted to upcharge me for nothing. They all make more money than me and this has costed me hundreds of dollars at least for no result. I will not be going there again.

Byma's is absolutely amazing. Everyone is incredibly nice and the service is impeccable. My brakes were shot and it turned out I needed some emergency suspension work and they still had the car back to me in a couple days. Nothing but good things to say about them and their team.

I have been going to Byma's for many years, they are always friendly and polite and give me the options broken down by what is needed now, and what can wait for the next service. I really like how they have moved to more online invoices and quotes as you have the invoice for future reference.

When I am faced with an expensive repair, they do not pressure and are fine to wait while I work out my options.

The five star review is for the recent oil change performed by Byma's for me. They picked up my car at my house, performed the service, and returned the car to me in about an hour, while I made dinner. Most convenient!

I have gone to Byma's Tire a multiple times and I have been very happy with their service. They were able to get my A/C working a few months ago without a large expense and I am very thankful of that. I would use their service again.

Heard great things and wanted to check it out. Went in for an oil change and to have my AC issue diagnosed on my Toyota matrix. Oil change was reasonable, but man was I overquoted on the AC issue. Was quoted about 2000 for a job that was fixed by another shop for 400. Not happy about that. Service was great, but it can't make up for the insane over-quote. My advice: get a second quote before coming here.

Byma’s just lost one good customer! I had my car fixed at this place 3 times even though, the last time they didn’t fix it properly and a piece of metal went on my tires. Thank you God, I didn’t have any fatal accident on the highway because that is where the car started to make a huge noise. Fortunately, the car suddenly stopped after my trip and my husband checked and found this piece of metal on the tires. We went back to Byma’s and they fixed what they messed up. A few months later, I am back to look the breaks and besides the 25 dollars plus tax they charge to take a look in the car different from many places that they would look it for free they want me to sign that after the repair I would pay a 120 dollars an hour! For the test drive! Are they trying to steal people? Bye Byma’s!

Bymas has given me good and honest service with my old car. When two other highly rated automotive places were not able to get a correct answer of what was going on with my car, they did so and provided me with some great options on what could be done. Not only that, the wait area is very clean and comfy. I will definitely be going with them for servicing my new car once the warranty is finished.

Mike Barkman and the team at Byma’s are fantastic. Today I I brought my mom’s car in to get winter tires mounted on rims and put on her car. They started my car soon after I got there and were finished sooner than the time that was initially quoted. I appreciate the prompt friendly service. I would recommend Byma’s.

An amazing team of people who take the time to explain everything in lay terms. Had an unfortunate issue with a relatively new used car purchase and very glad I decided to have it towed here. They were consistently on time with appointments and kept communication going throughout the entire period. This has been my go to place for the past couple years. Super friendly, honest, polite. They have a little play area with toys that my daughter loves. There is also a tv and free coffee.

If I could give them 0 star, I would do that. I took my car there to change its winter tire after the last winter. And today when I took it somewhere else to install those winter tires, they told me that one of the tires is flat. Bymas should have told me before. Today I waited for 8 hours and they could not change the tire for me. Bymas, your staff should be more responsible!

I've been using Byma's for 15 years and I don't regret it. They have been incredibly honest. I just sent my car in for $1,000 worth of work (I asked them to swap out the wheel bearings and a few other things.)

They gave me a (free) loaner car, but then called me back 30 minutes later to say "Good news - you don't have bad wheel bearings, just bad tires. "

A lot of other places would have swapped out the wheel bearings - after all, that's what I originally ordered. Byma's turned down the money in favour of being open and honest.

These guys are a life saver! One of the most flexible, positive and understanding person to person interactive auto shop ever, they are very honest and do what they can to HELP you out.

I cannot tell you the relief it is was as a new Kitcheneronian to find an honest mechanic in a professional setting with a staff they really knows their stuff. As an added bonus, everyone is super nice and will take the time to explain stuff to you if, like me, you have only a basic knowledge of cars.

Plus there’s a Starbucks basically next door so it’s nice if you’re getting quick work:)
