Paul is by far the most horrid human being I’ve ever met. The way he treats and speaks to his staff is deplorable, his disrespect ruins anything good he might do for an event. In front of everyone he’s nice but behind closed doors he’s absolutely awful. If I could go back in time I would NEVER choose to stand behind this company. I couldn’t discourage anyone from using this company more.

We attended a wedding at The Vue event space. Let me tell you, this place is top notch. Everything was amazing. The space itself is gorgeous, the huge windows allow a full view of the golf course. The food left nothing to be desired and the staff and service were on point. Highly recommend this place.

I have had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Bellagio this past weekend and words cannot express how perfect the evening was. From start to finish, we were blown away by the beautiful atmosphere, the friendly staff and the PHENOMENAL food! If I wasn't already married, I would book my wedding at Bellagio HANDS DOWN!

My experience was AMAZING! I attended a wedding at Bellagio Event Venue. It was incredibly clean and sanitary and BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly and the venue has incredible. I have visited numerous event spaces operated by Peter and Paul's - the food has always been delicious and never disappoints! I plan to have all my future events with Peter and Paul's!

I recently held an event at a Peter and Paul's venue and the entire experience was nothing short of PERFECTION! From the attentive staff, to the beautiful modern decor, to the incredible food, I could not have asked for a better event.

I have also attended a few events at their various properties and every time, I am amazed at how they manage to pull off a seamless evening. The atmosphere and vibe are always on point and the staff contribute to the overall feeling of being welcomed home on every visit.

I recently had a site visit at Eaton Hall Country Inn & Spa with Christina which is the newest location for Peter and Paul's Hospitality Group. The place is so beautiful, my fiancée fell in love with the venue and since we've been discussing with Christina to have our wedding there. Christina has been nothing but amazing, knowledgeable and professional since our first visit and I definitely recommend everyone to check it out!

I have attended numerous occasions at various Peter and Paul venues. The food, the service, and environment has never been disappointing. I recently attended a wedding at Universal event space, and I was impressed by the high levels of sanitation which included the measures enacted to ensure the health of guests. I am looking forward to visiting The Duncan House this weekend with my family!

Recently attended an event at Peter&Pauls, and thought it was important to mention the Covid protocols they have taken to ensure guests safety is their top priority, while of course still having a great time! Once again, very impressed with this hospitality team!

I attended a wedding at Universal last weekend and it was spectacular. The service was amazing and it was SO SAFE! The food was incredible and they followed safety protocols to a T. Very happy with my experience there and would definitely attend or host future events at a Peter and Pauls venue! 10/10!

Went to a small under 50 person wedding at The Clubhouse, very well planned with attention to detail taking COVID very seriously. The staff took every precaution and was very meticulous and driven to keep us entertained but safe as well! Well done, thank you for the great time and the safety measures of the event!

We recently used PeterandPauls catering for a special weekend celebration for 10 people over the long weekend. Not only was the surf and turf delicious, but it came with clear re-heating instructions, all serving utensils provided, but the driver was very friendly and he dropped everything off in our vestibule (contact-less) and then called us to let us know it was delivered! We were very happy.

I ordered catering recently from Peter and Paul’s Event Catering and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend trying their Beef Bourguignon…. Very tasty. Thanks again for the great meal & for providing great service/safety during a time like this!

I recently attended a small wedding and discovered it was done by Peter and Paul’s. Everything felt safe and super clean. It really felt like it was your top priority to ensure it was a COVID free environment.

Wow was I ever disappointed of their banquet hall at Universal event space. Went to a wedding here and the food was absolutely horrible. The food wasn't cooked properly and I heard that from other people as well. The staff is rude too. Thanks for the heads up Universal, never doing my wedding here or any events I have. Been to other Peter and Pauls venues, and heard so many complaints.

Words don't do any justice, do not waste your money here!

If i could give no starts I would. This place is a scam! They are unprofessional and make false promises while adding ridiculous extra charges for things that they tell you are included in the set price. My friend tried to have her event here and nothing was as promised. Thanks to the staff they screwed them up and put them in the worst position while they were trying to plan their wedding.

Honestly if you want a memorable experience and not a nightmare like my friend, than go elsewhere!

Im so disappointed with this venue and the staff from Peter and Paul’s. My best friend tried to do her wedding here, and they lost their money over something that could’ve been resolved so easily, but they didn’t care because they are money hungry people. It’s so ridiculous how this company treats their customers over money. These people already make millions in a year and they still don’t care to give the money back to them. The food tasting was horrible and they were not considerate to their needs as well. They kept throwing them extra charges along the way and I would get fed up if I was in their position as well.

Will never book any events at Universal event space or any of the venues they own. Put your customers as a priority! Disgusted how poor their staff turned out to be.

Attended the NYE 2019. It was exciting to know that the place was packed with lots of people. Later, when I went inside the hall I feel like I have attended a Prom Night, lots of young drunken high school students. Wet, slippery and dirty dance floor, lots of young teenagers stood on the chairs dancing, some are running around with poor behavior. It was such a mess. 80% of the attendees are young noisy teenagers. Halfway through dinner most of them are drunk and not in their very good behavior. I don't know if there are any security and ID inspection upon entry, just tickets. I was so disappointed with the result of the presentation and how the crowd perceives. It turns out to be very cheap and lacking of style. The dance floor was cut into half to accommodate more people, you can really tell that everything was done by cutting corners to make more money. They should ask for ID before they permit all the guests inside. Smoking area at the entrance door, not only cigarettes but cannabis is a turn-off. Bringing drinks on the dance floor should not be permitted. It would have been better if I spent my time with my family. The food was very simple. Sea food station with a single type of soup - seafood soup. I've waited for sushi to be replenished, but no one replenished it. The dinner plate, mushed potato, slices of bitter sour greens, 2 large shrimp, dessert cookies and a bulk of tart similar to Walmart or Longos bite size tarts. Cost for $175 per person. This event is 0.

Think of any shambolic, disorganised and rude management dealings you've had with a hotel or a garage or in fact any organisation and you'll have our experience with Universal event space.
The signs were there and we should have taken note but we glossed over them as we loved the setting. During all the months we were trying to arrange our wedding reception the lighting around the front door was shabby and broken and the entrance had never seen a broom following the autumn winds and leaf drop.
Our nominated events contact was so negative and ill informed at every meeting that we had to prise information about food choices. Support information about what would be provided and what we should provide for the celebration was met with silence and/or negativity. It was torture and very frustrating. In the end we had to search out and find our own providers for all the nice bits that make a celebration to remember. On the day of our celebration we were verbally offered staff assistance to set up our decorations. It just didn't happen so we struggled to sort things out ourselves. The house hadn't been cleared from the parties held the day before so we had to clear up before we could get started. Tables promised for our cakes, buffet, pic and mix just didn't arrive as promised. IT WAS CHAOTIC.
The service staff on the day tried their best but they were just badly trained kids and as far as we know they didn't even receive the exorbitant service charge added to our very hefty bill. We believe a few of the managers pocket this not the very pleasant youngsters. Please enjoy your one special day at a different place and to anyone looking to book this venue for a special occasion, I would recommend you DEFINITELY avoid this place at all costs!
