Good location, but also close to the shelters which can make it a bit sketchy.

Convenient parking location in the market! Can be busy at points but overall easy access and right in the centre of Ottawa

Returned to my car after an anniversary dinner with my wife.
It took 20 minutes to get to the exit gate of the parking garage. When we got there the payment option failed and the gate didn't open, for anyone trying to leave. The person working there literally did nothing. Many many cars were trapped driving around in the parking garage for almost an hour trying to pay and leave. Surprised nobody broke the gate, as we all had every right to get out. Nobody should have had to pay for that experience, and that employee should be dismissed.

Only 1 EV charger, so if you get it you're lucky, but don't expect it.
Otherwise fantastic location an easy to get to considering its Byward.

Absolute trash! Twice they’ve printed out previously used tickets upon entering and made me pay $20 for a “lost ticket” to leave. This place is criminal, be very cautious.
