Went to C Computer to repair an old well used computer, after reviewing my options decided on a new build, Discussed several computer options and add ons within my budget, set a date for pickup, was completed on time, warrant and customer service is excellent,

I love these guys! They are smart, helpful, informative and fair. The last laptop I bought came from here. It was a third cheaper than my previous laptop and twice as good. Lucas is SO nice and so is Aly. I will never buy computer equipment accessories any place else. 10 Stars!

Customers beware he told me it’s gonna cost me 860$+ depending on how many hours he took with just simply restarting my MacBook and removing a virus on it. I called CallUsComputer near mac master and I was in shock when he said he’ll do it for 60$ plus tax. Got my laptop back from CallUsComputer and couldn’t be any happier knowing I didn’t get scammed 800$.
Edit: I don’t need to call you and ask for the price I was there in your store with my laptop while you were trying to fool me.

Great service, the employee who was working their was able to help me get a new charger for my laptop and was pretty friendly.

I am quite computer savvy and I have dealt with many a computer shop to help with my office. I must admit this is one of the best ones I have found. Aly is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and reliable. He will not talk you into buying something that you do not need. I highly recommend him either for your personal or your business support.

I have been to see Ali a few times over the years. It's always for the same problem: insidious malware that snakes its way into my pc. The makers of these viruses are very clever. They get past Microsoft Defender and other virus protection programs that I also have running. Very disappointing and annoying. But I am thankful that Aly can find and clean out the unwanted vermin. He also updated a few programs and answered other questions I had. Thank you Aly.

Was recommended to come here to replace an old laptop battery. Gave the store a call a week later with some concerns (I was POLITE, not demanding or angry, or even blaming for anything, as I am very respectful and understanding of service workers as I am one myself and know how I’d like to be spoken to) Dealt with the most crazy, unprofessional, incredibly rude customer service ever. Before I could even explain myself he was yelling at me thinking I was another customer, which in itself is bizarre. Once I could explain I have never called him before and gave him my name he barely let me explain my concerns or ask questions before cutting me off, never letting me talk, and raising his voice (I seriously had to ask him to please stop yelling). Seems like he thinks I was blaming him in some way but really just wanted answers, and if he gave me the chance, maybe advice on how he could further help me. His tone, demeanour and professionalism made me truly speechless with how awful it was.
I’m sure he will comment on this post with some convenient explanation about the situation, which will be interesting because he truly did not even understand my concerns as he didn’t bother to stop yelling and listen. This post I am making is no comment on his talent or services but simply on how he speaks to his customers, or treats people in general.
Will never return simply because of how he treats people, and have also told many people to stay away. I’m sure he is good at what he does and that’s the sad part. You cannot treat people like this.

I definitely suggest taking your computer to C computers on Upper James. I had major problems with my computer and the service was fast and efficient. Got my laptop back the same day. I will definitely take my computer back there. Highly recommended!

Top notch computer repair in Hamilton. They diagnosed my desktop’s booting issue from the root cause and had the necessary replacement parts on hand. Their repair time was amazing (same day) and their prices were fair! Would definitely recommend to anyone that is in need of computer services.

Had an issue with a slow computer. The staff was professional and responsive. They showed me what was wrong and suggested a fix. They said it would be done the next day but had it done in 3 hours. Then they showed me the changes / improvements before asking for payment. Great experience.

I can only rate it as a 5 star but aly and his shop is a 10 star rating.if you have any problems go to c computers they are the best.

It has been about 3 weeks since I received my computer from this business, and I have to say the level of satisfaction that I have had after initially getting it has not diminished.
I would recommend this place without worrying about jeopardizing a friendship.

On new year’s eve, I accidentally dropped a cup of hot tea on the keyboard of my Dell Precision 5510 laptop. It went dead afterwards and I was extremely upset. It is a nice and expensive laptop (i7,2.8Ghz, 32GB RAM, 500GB HD), and there are a lot of personal work and files on it.

I went to a computer shop on upper Paradise, and was told my laptop could not be repaired, and all I could do was to pay him C$95 to recover the files on the hard drive.

Frustrated, and with a glimmer of hope, I went to C-Computers on upper James. The gentleman in the shop was very professional and attentive. He listened to me about how a cup of hot tea was dropped on the keyboard, and listed some possible solutions for this liquid damage. He also gave me a time-frame for the repair and detailed costs, including labor cost and potential parts repair and replacements.
Since I was previous rejected by the shop on upper Paradise, I did not have high expectation and just want to give C-Computers a try to see what could happen. Couple days later, C-Computers called me and told me my laptop was back to normal operation. They repaired the liquid damage on the mainboard and only charged me C$200. I am extremely happy about their service and the cost (my Dell Precision 5510 was purchased at US$2,400 two years ago).
Now I am writing this review on my re-born laptop, and highly recommend C-Computers’ service for following reasons:
- Staffs are professional and highly-technical
- Service is fast and efficient
- Costs (labor, parts, etc) are transparent and very reasonable
