I am a patient of Dr Tse since I immigrated to Canada in 1983. I travel from Brampton to visit her as I am very comfortable with her. I often do virtual appointments too.

I have been a long time patience of this doctor and right now it is a mess at that office. There is no receptionist and they haven't had one for weeks now, no matter how many voicemail messages you leave, you never get a call back. The only way to speak to the doctor is to physically show up and hope that she walks by the administration desk so you can get her attention. Completely deplorable! I say that full well, understanding that the doctor is a very busy woman, but this review is obviously a personal take on the business and personally I feel like they can do much better.

Dr. Tse is an outstanding Family Doctor/person, who is a fierce advocate for her patients. She has kindly treated my Husband Jim, and I, for over 30 years. Her service is invaluable, and she is extremely competent, knowledgeable, organized, humble, compassionate despite her heavy workload. She is "One of A Kind", and our "Hero". She has worked relentlessly through through this pandemic, and never complains. Her staff are prompt in returning calls, results, and medical follow-ups. We have been so blessed to have her as our Physician, and we thankyou so much for the yeoman service. Anne & Jim

Dr. Tse is amazing! So kind and attentive with my child. Very thorough and always follows up. I was nervous about not being able to find a pediatrician at first, but Dr. Tse's treatment of my baby put all my worries to rest. She spends a lot of time, gives great advice and very gentle with vaccinations! Great family doctor!
