The service (or should I say lack of service) at this location is appalling. I mailed in my International Driving Permit application mistakenly thinking it would save me some time because I don't own a car and all CAA locations are quite far from me. Due to privacy legislation, you can't provide your credit card information on the application and a representative of CAA is supposed to call to obtain payment details once they receive the application. Someone called and left a voicemail on my phone asking for payment details one week ago. Great, I'd love to give that information. No dice. I have called every single day they've been open since then, multiple times a day. No one ever answers the phone. I have left two voice messages. I have emailed. It has been one week and I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. I understand not hearing back for a day or two. What I do not understand is no response after one week. My application seems to be stuck in limbo for the indefinite future. Moral of the story: do NOT mail in your IDP application or go to another location.

Went to get the international driver license and it was quickly done! Also be glad that they open on Sat as many locations around are Monday-Friday only.

Went here for to get an international driving license and literally took 2 min. Just bring your drivers license and photo. I think they also take photos inside CAA.

Came right in the morning when it opened. Got my IDP in five minutes. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Called caa during snow storm couldnt start the vehicle, told useless AI answering machine that I did a battery test already on my truck, and it failed, asked to send driver with replecement batteries, even mentioned the battery model.
Driver came 1 hour later without a battery, and he couldnt boost my truck, reported to customer service and lady replied that battery test on my truck was ok, they couldnt even boost the truck, and he agreed with test done! Called chrysler roadside and they boosted no problem and confirmed charging system ok battery bad, they repleced battery and no problems after that! Uselless CAA with bad AI systems and no proper customer service, just horrible all around, I would give negative stars if possible!
Even after complaint placed they invent excuses! I have a receipt for the batteries from other place!
I will not renew caa, horrible management, they should be replaced! Sounds like managers at CAA do not care about customers.

Booked travel appointment online, and received confirmation reminder a day before. Showed up and agent was busy with other clients. She asked if she had booked an appointment with me I confirmed I booked online. She shouted at me that I was just going to have to wait! Her name is Carolyn, spoke with Manager. Told her she had lost my business. Was going to book River cruise and land tour. Terrible

Nice, clean and spacious store located in the Don Mills Shopping Center plaza. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of travel accessories such as luggage, bags, pouches, hats, hand scales, adapters, travel clothing etc. Definitely recommend!

Awesome service. I got my international driving permit superquick. Staff was superb too. Overall a very good experience.

Insurance person was rude, condescending, ignorant and showed zero respect for customers. Perhaps it’s time for him to find an alternate career. Overall CAA was amateur hour.

The young man that helped me was super nice and there was no one in the store. I went in to renew my roadside CAA membership. It was quick and painless.

There needs to be more staff, especially one for retail and another as a float/information that checks on what individuals need. There were only agents sitting at desks and all patrons must wait in the same cue; regardless they were booking a trip, buying insurance, getting a guidebook, etc. Most were elderly and had to wait for over an hour before they saw an agent; including my father. He only needed an updated map. Why is there no longer a wall available to just pick up simple items, like before?

Just went to pick-up tour books and maps. Digital maps in your cellphone doesn't give you a picture of what you are looking for. You can't properly plan as they are too small. Not so bad even there was a line up staff working so hard to CAA members.

Got my International Driving Permit done here. This place is super efficient! Now I am thinking of joining CAA as a member.

Went to get my international driver's license. Everything worked seamlessly and the whole procedure took 10 minutes. The lady who attended me was efficient and very friendly!

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR

I found out CAA purchases mailing list from other subscriptions you may have and its old information they are purchasing. Legally, they need to let people know where they are buying these lists from and did we give those companies permission to release/sell our personal information?

This is how fraudsters start getting information on you.

I am a CAA member, but they keep mailing new offers, under my name to my previous address which I have moved from more than a year ago. As you can see, they are paying peanuts for old data. They do not verify or validate prior to mailing.

I have emailed the Privacy officer at CAA and see if they an provide me this information before I reach out to the governing body. I legally need to know who is selling my personal information and information they are getting.

Very friendly staffs and convenient service. I went to get my International Driving Permit (IDP) and it was a smooth process. You only need to present your Driver's license and two photographs to get the IDP immediately.

Got travel insurance really good rate. Happy with service. Eva was great explaining everything.

Everytime I called for a service the drivers would get to my location within 20 minutes. They were professional and quick.

Very reliable towing company. Never regret that $70-80 a year for the membership. You get 3 tows a year. Definitely worth having.

I remember I was upset this year when it auto renewed and 5 weeks later I needed a tow for my car. Ironic eh.with our the membership, a tow will cost you more upfront.

I had a flat tire a couple of weeks ago and called CAA fo help. A very polite and helpful representative arrived within 15 minutes to assess and put air in my tire so that I could drive to my auto shop. I was very impressed.

Big store. Not just towing. Suitcases, travel supplies, photo for passports, international drivers license. Friendly staff, quick to assist you.

CAA, if you want to continue to do business with your travel agency, please be happy to serve your customers, and don’t tell them you are too swamp to help, because they go away and give their business to others that want to work.

I went here to get my International Drivers Permit, all in a quick and easy process. Two of the CAA employees at the desk were kindly willing to help me, and provided friendly and informational service. The store is very visible and easily accessible too, just by the Pizza pizza store and parking garage. The store itself was also clean and neatly organized, despite having no plans to shop there. Parking here can be a hassle though during the evenings and any other peak hours. Besides that, I'd definitely come here again and would recommend this CAA location!

Went to this location in hopes of buying 4 movie passes and I was next in line. There was 4 employees working in the retail sales area. Two were serving one customer, one was sorting or counting the movie passes and the last one looks like the manager helping out the other two. I asked the lady sorting the tickets if they can open a new cash register and she said that it would only be 5 mins. I had already waited for over 15 mins just buy 4 movie passes.while waiting the extra 5 mins, i noticed that there was more attention given to a person looking at the merchandise in the store than attending to a customer ready to make a purchase. I finally left after more than 5 mins and would have second thoughts about coming back.

CAA is terribly uncompetitive, provides terrible customer service, and simply doesn't seem to care about keeping it's customers. I definitely can't recommend them and would suggest that you shop around.

Belair Direct offers far superior roadside assistance and has far better customer service.

This CAA location offers lots of services and goods for motorists and travelers. The staff are very helpful.

The new store is in a mall that has many shops and places to take a break and get something to eat. There is lots of parking and its location is very easy to get to for those who are in North Central Toronto.

Better than I thought it was gonna be but still a little confusing. I guess they need to work out the quirks!

A very important place for CAA members to stop and get maps and information about their next vacation trip

CAA truck driver didn't tow the car because of expired sticker which is fine but he said he could tow the same car if get paid. I already request flatbed truck to take the car to mechanic. By the way they charged to my membership. Car is still there.

Great selection.only took 45 mins of standing in the store for someone to provide some service.

What's the point of this place? I tried to get service but the clerk was too focused on his own phone to serve the customers.

This is a nice place to shop for travel accessories! I bought passport holders which holds 2 passport and boarding pass!

So. This store is definitely closed. My husband and I drove here to get international driver's permits and the signs are there, indicating that there should be a store. However the store is entirely empty and vacant. I don't know how long ago they closed, but ya, don't come here.

Came here for a passport photo and told the lady i need a 5x5 cm photo. She asked me what for? I said Thailand visa. She told me she looked online and found the measurements, even though i told her them. I went to consulate and it was incorrect size 3.5*4.5 cm. Thanks to her i had to spend an extra $20!

They refused to tow my motorcycle twice. And I have plus membership. The only thing this card is good for is discount at Harvey's and taking up space in my wallet.
