CAA Arena

Nice facility. The AHL arena is a bit small but maybe that’s due to the small market. It’s still nice and you get a good view from any location.parking fills up fast during events. There’s also a nice pool and gym facility upstairs.

The renovations look great, marks are lost on limited wheelchair accessibility, lack of cash machines, no beer service to seats, not enough bathrooms or signs indicating where they are. Despite the clusters of Bose speakers everywhere, the sound is tinny, unbalanced, and no one is prechecking levels on different sources, so it's quiet one second, then blasting your ears the next. Taking away a star from last review.

Spotless and big only thing is they should have concession open in there inside of elder having walk around next area

Hot dog was ice cold figured it was just because it was pregame, GAVE nachos a try, Stale with barely warm nacho cheese. Hockey was great, but will defintatly eat before the next game.

Arena is dated and layout confusing, watched Belleville game, can't believe they won't let you leave for a smoke or do not provide a smoking area. Hostage situation much? Your only choice is to leave and not be allowed to return. Ridiculous; will not return and will be sharing this ridiculous experience

Great facility was there this past Saturday for home opener vs laval rockets easy to get to from our hotel we came up from Ottawa to attend our first game

Got my covid shot here. Super people, friendly and efficient. Great set up, easy to figure out. Hoping I can get here for some actual hockey sooner than later.
