CAA Store - Brampton

Very friendly staff, and fast efficient service. Great experience getting our International drivers licenses. Excellent store!

Bad service, went there for theme park tickets in Florida. Very cold response, no information provided that you would expect from so called travel experts, didn't have answers for most questions.

Took away one star because they're closed between the hours of 1pm - 2pm for lunch and there's no mention of this in their hours of operation except for a sign posted on the door when you get there. I had driven all the way from the other side of Brampton and got there just after 1pm. 5 star service otherwise.

I love my membership but this store does not answer their calls or return calls with questions as advertised. Bad service and bad attitude.

Paid for membership. Never call for assistance but when I do call they refuse to help. Worst customer service ever! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!

The staff at this location have not only been welcoming but also knowledgeable. My family and i are travelling soon & the staff helped with international drivers permits, road signs in the country, as well as knowledge regarding their products which made the visit pleasant. Attained my International Driver's License. Picture they took, quality was 5/10. Previous years, picture quality was 8/10. Service was good.

What can you expect from a store who closes doors 10 minutes before closing time.
Website says untill 4pm, we called at 3pm before leaving for Caa Brampton to confirm they were open untill 4, when reached there the store was closed, 10 minutes before time, we wasted 1 hour driving 40 kms up/down. On April 13th

Visited today for IDP (International Driving Permit), I thought it would be a hassle but this place is amazing. Pleasant staff, amazing customer service, got it done within 10 minutes.

You don't have to fill out a form or photograph taken before rushing here, they can all do here without ease. Definitely recommended.

Friendly staff always ready to help. Easy access with lot of parking. If you have the CAA membership you can get discounts on '' anything '' in store and free road / city maps. One stop shop for all your travel needs (insurance, luggage, international drivers license, passport photos, travel arrangements etc)

My questions were answered promptly in a knowledgeable, polite and efficient manner. It was fantastic to actually speak to a person and not a machine. They have earned my future business.

Went there to transact some travel related business. Also pays to be a CAA member, as it enabled us for discount at one of their partners. Can't be that perk.

Just got refused a service because I have decals on my Dodge Ram 1500, they left me in the middle of the road at tight with a flat tire.
Do not waste your time and money.

Professional people. Quick in and out for international driver permit. Yes they do have photograph facility.
