Tried going in 4 times but they were either not open or no one could help. They are very nice but make sure to call ahead if you can get thru to avoid the trip, especially if you don't live in Owen Sound. Only open until 1: 30. If you need to book something in person you may need to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Only open 4 hrs a day mon to fri. Always a lineup of people waiting. Say they are short staffed but only work 4 hrs a day.

I call more than 15 times to get info but they did not reply at all. Yesterday i went physically to be present there and told they were busy. I did not get it and i am not going to recomend CAA owen sound at all. Bye.
