I did not set up my caa membership on an automatic debit and caa is trying to withdraw the membership fee from credit card. Your telephone solicitor needs to be fired since they spoke with my wife and not me and she only use a credit card for emergency and caa is not.

On Saturday afternoon around 5pm, I was at Dutton 401 ONRoute, with broken serpentine belt, call for a tow to windsor, said about 2 hours will arrive, around 7pm, dispatcher message me they are busy, and another two hours, then keep saying busy and someone was assigned and will come, at 10 pm, said hope you had better day and asked me to call, when I called, told me no one will come the night, I can have someone else towed and got reimbursed, however did not know how much maximum can be reimbursed and will call me let me know, I had a couple tow company offered $600 and $780, but waiting for the amount can be reimbursed, so not take it, around 11pm, CAA text msg said someone will come 1am, so I waited again for CAA, the app said 1: 39am, then 2am, then I called again, finally 3am arrived, the tow driver was friendly and apologized on behalf of CAA.be honest, the tow service itself was good it it was not waiting 9+ hours through the night. The problem was with the first dispatcher and the procedure of service, when a driver was assigned and not coming after 2 hours or their estimated time, it should reassign to another driver or contact the driver for availability, not let customer waiting 9+ hours through the midnight.

It is so, so, so hard to get a hold of someone over the phone! Just wanted to let them know that my name got misspelled on the card that they 've just issued, but there is no one there to talk with! Wondering how it's going to be like if I'll need road assistance. Btw, I have just paid my annual membership. That was easy!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in MY LIFE! I hope whoever is in charge of this branch, no matter how hard they try, never has a cold side to their pillow again.

Dont let the good reviews fool you. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, they have poor customer service and they are not efficient, they will make claiming your claim a living nightmare. I would not trust CAA since they are not reliable whatsoever. Will make you wait MONTHS.

My uncle had an accident last month. And until now they refuse to give him his check becasue they want him to do their job for them and get the police report himself. He returned the rental and theyre leaving him with no car. We have to keep picking him up and dropping him off places because these people cannot do their job. This is the worst experience hes ever had with any company. The service is awful.

Erin was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Although we could not put something together because of our schedules, the experience at CAA was amazing.

Strange: I have tried different days, but this store does not pick up the phone during open hours and doesn’t return voicemails.

Is this still a CAA store? Are the posted hours not accurate?

CAR INSURANCE
From the second I got insurance from them it has been nothing but a hard time to the point where they will not respond to my emails they will only converse with my lien holder as if I am a I rate customer I lost my job because they took the rental car and didn’t provide me with a settlement check so I can get another car as I’m making this review I’m still going through this I cannot get answers to my questions for the life of me and this is because I was hit sitting at a red light waiting for it to turn green I tried to get out of the contract but of course I will be charged a penalty fee as I am treated so poorly I receive a letter in the mail asking me to get life insurance from them now I see how I’m treated when I’m alive how would they treat me when I’m dead I have been on hold for hours (3.5) at a time just to be told they are now closed I just don’t know what to do any more so I want to let people know the poor service they offer I was actually told I get one phone call a day

I'm just trying to call into the store to get information about becoming a member and it keeps bringing me around over and over through the same menu options without ever connecting anybody it's a ridiculous system. Why can't I just call the store? I'm out

So sorry, with limited hours and then travel 40 min to find that they were out of stock. It was quite disappointing. It's not easy for me to get into town.

Had to get some ins. For a cross border trip.
Was offered a suggestion rather than a one time crossing. To get a 4 time to save time coming back again
Personable and friendly service with only one person ahead of me.
