CAA Store - Newmarket

Called 2 days ago for passport photo prices. Went in today asked again before the photos were taken. So confirmed twice it was $15.50.
Go to pay and they are $20 each.
I told them I asked before the photos were taken and called ahead and was told $15.50 both times. They said it went up 2 days ago and would not honour what the employee just told us 4 minutes ago. Awful customer service.

Follow up: the manager was the one who told us we had to pay the new price. Did not honour the price I was told twice before they took the pictures. They did not fix this.

I was happy that this location is open on Saturday. It wasn’t too busy, and I was able to find luggage in a size I needed. The only down-side to this location is that the same staff handle both travel bookings and in-store products. People who are booking travel need more time and can hold up the line.

Someone please confirm why i need any documentation to remove a driver from MY POLICY. IT''S MY POLICY and I deem him no longer insured your liability dies.it's the reverse of what was true when he was NOT on the policy, there was no liability the. The driver removed has no connection to your business. This is just a way of inconveniencing the customer to prolong the income to this Corporation.have a nice day.

I had to go there just 10 mins before they closed due to work. But the lady was still very friendly and patiently explain the travel insurance information to me. I will go back again next time i travel!

Actually booking a trip through this particular store was fine and uneventful. However, trying to reach a travel agent since booking the trip (or even get a call back) is a huge challenge. Super disappointed and won't be using CAA for my future travel plans.

Recently went to this location to purchase a vacation to the Caribbean and had a great experience. As someone who dislikes pressure sales, I appreciated the open and friendly manner that my agent interacted with me, and I will be going back for the next vacation as well as for the CAA service packages.

Got a British passport photo. They're not the same size as a Canadian passport. Go figure. Very busy store. Staff wonderful.

Had a great experience on Monday! Went in to get a passport photo. The agent who helped me was polite, efficient and very gracious! Was in and out in a few minutes! She is a good example of someone who does a fantastic job working with the public. Love this location!

I recently renewed my CAA subscription and was offered a trunk organizer that I had to go pick up at a local CAA store. First I was unaware they had stores, my bad, second wasn't aware there was one less than 10 minutes from my place. This store was extremely well equipped to help travellers with all of their needs, you should check out one of their locations to see what I mean. They are very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and pretty fast too. Hey, you learn something new every day!

Myself and my husband walked unhappy into this location but we left very happy at the end. Unhappy because we did not get the membership renewal in the mail, email or phone and our membership expired and we were members for about 16 years. Going into the store, Sandra was very helpful along with all other staff and helped us with a new membership and redemption of Petro points. Everyone was professional and friendly and they turned our frustrations into smiles. Thank you Sandra and staff:)

The employees at Newmarket CAA are fabulous they have always gone the extra mile to make sure I get what I need for my trip.

Needed a replacement CAA card for auto and card for travel insurance because mine were stolen. Denise was very helpful and replacements were all processed within 10 minutes
The CAS store has all your travel needs, from small boxes of detergents to luggage, tags, locks and Canadian flags. Will stop by there before my next trip

We went in for an international driving permit and came out with that as well as smiles and excellent travel advice. Joanne was incredibly thorough and friendly. Definitely will return here!

If you are in worst situation in peak winter and CAA will deny to help you, what would you call them, cruel. One star is more more more being courteous for these people.
I have been buying CAA- Plus membership from last two years, but never need to use it. I called them for roadside assistance, tow came and didn't help me.
Beware of this company. Do not ever buy membership for road side assistance.

Very poor customer service. You can't get through to a person and when you leave messages they don't call or email you back for weeks on end.

Great place for travel information and bookings. As well as auto assistance can get very busy at times with long queues.
