CAA Store - East Mall

Had to go there for some personal information and was taken care of very quickly and successfully the people there are friendly and go out of their way to help you have been a member of CAA since 2012 and have my house and car insurance with them since 2017 and I'm very happy with the service that I have received

Came into the store to get my international drivers permit issued; the associate Emilio was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy! Will come back next year for renewal

I asked for a brochure about reward program and was told it's all online.not the attendant's fault but I was disappointed.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was super busy, hard to wait in a bit of a line. But the line moved pretty quick and the people were super nice and helpful.

Great friendly staff and very quick services. Got a picture done and got my International driving permit within 5 minutes of entering the store

Well laid out store, clean, luggage display and all travel related items are available at the store. Went to get an international driver's permit and, the person who served me was, super efficient and professional. I was there early in the morning and, the store was busy already but, I did not have to wait. I was in and out with my international driver's permit within 10 minutes. Excellent service, would highly recommend this CAA store.

Rude woman on phone at travel agency.will not give appts beyond 3pm and they are booked way in advance.did not return my phone call for 48 hours. We have been a customer for 4 decades, including being a CAA member, and this has never happened before. Horrible service.

Felt rushed and a little attitude and not much explained about travel insurance info. Still do not know my deductable amount. Also the amount of coverage purchased. I may be wrong but five million? Seems more than my fellow travellers. Any way people have rough days. Thanks

Travel insurance, and travel accessories can be bought here as members but unfortunately their tech is old school as you have to physically go in to do simple things that should be done online, need more staff as well as each customer takes the few reps to do

CAA Store is closed for lunch. Which would be ok if I knew about it. Maybe something on the website would be helpful for individuals who only have lunch to run their errands.

When I arrived in the afternoon the store was closed for lunch until 1: 40PM (without notice) so I had to wait quite some time before going in. At this point a large line of people had formed which quickly overwhelmed the staff in the store. I do appreciate that they have some signage indicating staffing challenges so this may not all be within their control.

Once inside I did find the stock and selection of travel items to be very lacking compared to what it was previously. The retail section is much smaller and in my particular case there was hardly a selection of international outlet converters which I've usually had no issues with at CAA stores.

Love it love love it! Just about every visit, I find goodies that no other store has.like airplane travel packs, containing toilet seat cover, mask, head seat cover, sanitizer.and at such reasonable price.

Cannot get through by phone or email. Tried many times. When I arrived at the store they had a sign on the door saying they close for lunch 12: 30-1: 40. I was incredibly annoyed considering I lugged my 8 month old out to get passport photos and this was the window we had between naps. This should be listed on their webpage or on their voicemail recording.

I have all my insurance with CAA. I have been a member from the first day that I owned my car. Great service staff very friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend CAA for anyone who needs any kind of Insurance

On a Saturday they take 2 hour lunch breaks. Got there shortly after 12pm and they had a sign that they would reopen at 2pm. What the heck…

They have a one hour lunch closure between 12: 30pm and 1: 30pm. I think with most stores, they can at least try to do shifts to avoid closure. They only open between 9-5 and don’t mention lunch closure anywhere. I came only to find that it’s closed and I need to wait an hour. Ridiculous

Took my passport pics at East Mall location and they were amazing ans fast. My pics turned out pretty good

Helpful staff, nice store. Took about 5 minutes to renew our membership. Travel associate went above and beyond to help with booking a trip.

Very helpful staff. Ana was amazing! Explained the health insurance and was extremely compassionate as our travels will be unfortunately to a funeral. Thank you Ana for the human touch that we are missing in this technology era.

I was so impressed with the customer service that Kelly Mabee offered us during our recent visit. She went above and beyond her duties by following up on an issue I had with my caa membership (even though this wasn't her department given she's in the travel side). She made our experience stress free and pleasant and was thorough on explaining all of the options for travel insurance. Thank you Kelly!

Went here for my child's passport photo yesterday and just wanted to highlight how wonderful the staff was there - - every single worker was so welcoming, eager to serve, helpful, friendly and professional. Overall excellent experience.

They were under staffed yet remained very friendly and accommodating. The travel agent was the one who took my passport photo although it wasn't her job to do so. She was awesome!

I wasn't knowing that they were offering free passport photo shooting to its members. So I visited them for free photo shooting. They were very informative and helpful. We got our free pics! Very nice office and you can also find a nice store which sells very cool travel stuff.

I go there for complex and renew my caa member ships card get one friends u get pts.and Petro Canada put pts together and get free gas

Lots of stock, but unfortunately didn't have the travel pillow I was looking for. But they have lots of stock for any other travel items you may need. CAA members get a discount.

I had a horrible experience with their insurance department yesterday. Drove 30 mins across the city to set up car insurance, and she then ups the quote that I had been given online by over $2000 a year! Their insurance was trying to charge us more than $200/month more than any other place! She also didn't know the associations that are associated with CAA or the respective discounts given to those associations. Definitely would never try to go with CAA for anything ever again.

Quick service, efficient and knowledgeable staff. What else can I ask for? Please, keep up the great work you are doing. It's hard to think and even suggest how to improve your service.

Great and helpful, have done there International driver Licence just for 15 minutes for 42 backs all official!

July2: Went there to get passport photos (free w/ Plus Membership). Arrived in early afternoon to find a line 7-9 people deep (). They were obviously training new staff. They had a trainee (?) associate asking each and every one of us in the queue of the purpose f our visit. Glad they did that as it reassured everyone we were at the right place for desired services. The line moved quickly, and I was out of there in a little more than 40 min for my photos. Picked up a passport cover too. Once I got my service, it was smooth & pro.

Went for an International Driving Permit. The CAA agent was very helpful and polite. I read that it takes 30 minutes to get it, however, I was there for less than 10 minutes!

Find waiting time is to long they should have one teller for movies tickets and maps as that goes faster as those customers coming in to purchase insurance etc take much more time. Just suggesting

Tried to get insurance today and the employee that looks after insurance was rude, condescending, lack of costumer service skills and started to raise her voice. I'll never go back to this store.

Travel representative gave us incorrect information regarding travel insurance. She pushed for sale of travel insurance before we had a firm date of departure assuring us that we could make changes to the dates of coverage prior to our travels. This is not the case. The store manager (Ashley) was also unable to help with the insurance company (Orion Travel Insurance). I do not recommend this CAA location or insurance company!

Since the last time I was there the store was renovated and it looks very nice and very inviting. The CAA rep was very cheerful and was a pleasure to deal with. I was supposed to pick up something that was supposedly faxed to that store for me to pick up, but it never seem to arrive there so the store rep call the head office and she took care of it for me cheerfully. I left feeling very happy.
