I had a very sick cockatiel and I didn’t know of any vets that did bird in Lasalle/Windsor area until I was told about this place and I called and immediately over the phone they gave me free help on what to do for my bird and how to help him and they made a appointment for the next day and they got me in asap and told me flat out everything I need and the medication and what it does and how to use it. The vet is very knowledgeable. I called back and they were happy to help me with all my questions.

Unfortunately my bird had go septic and passed but I will be going back with my other birds for check ups from now on.

I recommend this vet. Prices were very very very low and reasonable and a discount on my bill aswell.

My family and I have 10 animals that see Dr. Ebrahim, and he is the best vet we have had, he’s very professional, passionate about what he does, and you can tell that he loves animals, I HIGHLY recommend seeing him if you don’t know what vet to take your fur baby too. He’s going to treat you like family.

I am incredibly thankful to this godsend of a clinic, not only for taking my very sick bird in when every other place (Walker, Clearwater, Downtown, Bracks, Leamington, Kingsville, Humane Society, Emeryville.) was either closed (Saturday), didn't take birds, or didn't have a bird vet available, I'm also so thankful that they treated my bird and I with kindness and respect. I was allowed the be in the exam room the entire time, assisting in the examination to make my bird comfortable, and the vet was in no rush, despite the fact that I came in for a last minute emergency appointment. He asked many questions to understand her history and how her health had declined, and he gave her both antibiotics and vitamins with clear instructions. I am beyond grateful. No one, and I mean no one, was available to help my bird. If it wasn't for this clinic and the amazing angel of an emploee at Erie Wildlife who told me about them (and called on my behalf), I dont think my bird would have survived the day. I still don't know if she will fully recover but this vet has given me what I needed to give her a fighting chance. I would also like to point out how fair their prices are. The exam, medicine, and vitamins totalled less than $200 (and I was even given a $10 discount, which was extra kind). Walker Animal Hospital, on the other hand has raised their exotics rate to jaw-dropping amounts "because of the pandemic. " My bird's exam alone cost $219 (up from $90, pre-pandemic). With x-rays and metacam, the total was over $600, and we were there for 8 hours. Anyway, I'm glad Walker is open 24/7, but from now on I will going to Cabana & Howard if my bird needs help during business hours. Thank you again!

The main Veterinarian on staff is extremely rude. Not just to his patients fur parents, but also his staff. He is extremely unprofessional in his treatment and behaviour. He advised his staff to put on my file that I didn't care for my cat because I wouldn't pay for blood work. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!

Due to his lack of care and compassion, I had to bring Prince my cat to another vet. Cabana requested blood work before even suggesting an x-ray.
I became upset, when he spoke to myself and other patients with compete disrespect because HE was late arriving. Had this office performed an x-ray right away they would have seen that my cat was filling with fluid. Something $190 blood work would NOT have shown.

My cat ultimately had to be put down as he was filled with cancer. Something Cabana would have seen weeks earlier when I was there for the cats initial visit.

I stand by what I said, and so have many others. The Vet is very unprofessional, goes back on things he says and is completely vile and rude to the humans in his office.

(2dog and 2 cats) first thought was bring in all at same time*my mom who drives* said we would split in 2 times sooo yeah i got confused.he said I called to offen. Like I'm limited income just started working and on odsp.would they rather u show up with not enough or simply not care for ur pets

Amazing vet and staff! Go above and beyond! Would 100% recommend. Been here countless times with my two cats and dog and will continue to return (although hopefully only for vaccines and check ups now).

I’ve brought my cat here multiple times and have had a 10/10 experience! The vet is very knowledgeable and caring towards the animals. I always recommend this clinic to friends and family as you can highly trust this clinic for your pets health.

I got my cat spayed today. I was given a price of approximately 230 which I thought was fair. After ensuring my cat didn't eat for 24hrs and no drink for 12hrs I arrived in the morning to drop her off. I was told there was a risk of death if I didn't pay for the optional services. With the pressure of having to get to work and concern for my cats well being I paid the full price of $480.00. I found out afterwords that many of these services are not necessary and others charge far less for the same procedure/medicine.

If you are planning on coming here for spayed/neuter procedure I would strongly recommend you speak directly with the vet and get the full price including all services. I would recommend you get a quote detailing all services and then shop around to make sure you're not getting ripped off. I would have these prices on hand should the price suddenly change as it did for me, in the morning, before work, while my cat is begging to be fed.

I took my mother and her cat here during lockdown. On top of following social distancing protocols, they were very professional and personal in communicating the required surgery, cost and follow up procedure. Full disclosure and proficient in application. You can trust that your pet is in good hands and no unexpected financial services.

So happy with our Vet! He is so caring and you can tell he really cares for your pets so much our puppy had an accident and fractured his elbow and he was so fast at getting us the help we needed and giving us all the advice and support we needed. I am so happy with this clinic

Our veterinarian has been with us since our dog was 3 months old. He has looked after him like he is his own dog. He has always steered us in the right direction and has the best prices in Windsor. His care of our animals is exceptional.
