The tech they use is from the 90’s, so frustrating. I can’t believe how many shows I’ve tried recording and the box screws things up. My neighbour has had their guys in for service 6 times this year and things still don’t work. Why won’t they update the PVRs? T no way would I recommend them.

I have no service at all for almost 2 days and still waiting for service, I called and they kept telling me soon, I call at least 6 times already, still no service.

Being a long time subscriber to cablecable and a senior in Fenelon Falls, I sadly had to go to Rogers to save money. That saying we are waiting for a refund on our last payment. We paid our new bill to Rogers already and still waiting for refund. In this day and age low income seniors can not afford to pay double payments for services. Update, still waiting from July 7 for my refund, 8 weeks and counting. I find this is unacceptable. They can add customers fast but return refunds very very slow. They must need that interest money in their bank account. They say because of a backlog. Meanwhile I am with the same company.

Have placed many calls and emails over 4 days. Is it too much trouble to pick up the phone or to assist us. We want to return equipment but cannot get an answer. Money was taken after we were advised the account closed

Dont have wifi and cable from anywhere from a 1to 8 hours everyday for the past 4 months
No reall reason for it and no fix
This company was very good till Roger's bought them out

They had an outage on July 21st and I was down 24 hours, they said the issue is resolved on the 22n, but my modem is still down. Called support back and they are saying I have to wait until the 25th for service tech. So I will be down 5 days and both my wife and I work from home. Cable Cable is not customer centric, nor up to standards with support and reliability. If you work from home this is not your service provider!

Call leave a message a week NO CALL BACK. Call again can't get threw haven't had service in a foe ever putting a hold on payment see how long it takes to get a hold then CABLE CABLE SUCKS BAD!

I find it incredible that the guide continues to have an annoying hum. Seriously? If you can't add music, then the least you could do is make it silent

We live just outside of Port Perry and signed up for Cable Cable a few months ago after our friends suggested it. Our internet service from Communicate Freely is very poor. We were excited by the opportunity. Sadly it seems too good to be true. When we called to enquire we were told we would have service "next week" and then "next month" and technicians have been sent out twice but had to leave because our part of the street is "not ready". NOW we have been told that Cable Cable is waiting for a part from Rogers and that will take at least 6 months.

It is VERY hard to convince people to make the change. It is REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SIGN PEOPLE UP AND THEN NOT DELIVER.

THE WORST. We have a package deal Internet+TV. Internet every month goes down for a day they don't know why but don't credit your account either! TV has an issue where you watch a show and during the show, it freezes and a message comes across the screen "Well this is embarrassing" You flip to another channel then back to your original channel and you have your show again. I have complained about this and tech came to see. Seem to be fine for about a week then back to "this is embarrassing. " Now my TV doesn't receive anything, I have been after them for a month and they are supposed to send out a tech and call me back, that was 2 weeks ago. Before Rogers took over I would at least have a reply back when there was a problem. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I called again the same thing so if I don't get a call back today, Well this is embarrassing you just lost a customer!

The most amazing, helpful people to deal with. Very proactive and great service. Wish they were around 20 years ago.
