Very disappointed in the churros.
They were staled. Saw them reheat the churros in the oven rather than making them fresh.

Great hot chocolate. Doesn't taste watery/ powdery and is pipping hot! I didn't even wait 10 secs, it was already!

Smells amazing as soon as u walk in the dirt staff is extremely pleasant and the place is very clean

The ice cream here is delicious! The chocolate that they dip it in is so rich. There's tons of different flavor combinations, and they have lots of great hot/cold chocolate drinks and snacks. Perfect place any time of year and a dream for all chocolate lovers!

I would love to rate higher, but they food quality has gone down. My family has been a regular customer since they opened here…we used to order every week for our movie nights directly or over ubereats. The last two orders, both ubereats, were horrendous…they completely changed our weekly order…. We loved their Choco Nuts Waffles. If I say changed, I mean completely different item. It had whole hazelnuts on it, not chopped not sliced, but WHOLE HAZELNUTS. The portion size was half the size, Ice Cream was missing. The belgium style waffles had no toppings, apparently that’s how I ordered it. Why the heck would I order a PLAIN WAFFLE! We called and were told that it was always like this, nothing changed! Will never order from them again. So sad, it was our favourite little weekly routine with the kids.

Ordered their coffee and doughnut deal, any doughnut and a coffee for $4.50. I asked for the blueberry doughnut because it looked amazing in the picture, however I got a doughnut that looked like a plain cake doughnut with ketchup (not ketchup, flavou jelly squeezed out like ketchup) of 2 different colors squeezed around it, not very appealing. Doughnut by itself cost $3.50 which means you get the coffee for a dollar, it was not worth it. I have ordered from there before a while back. Ordered a dozen doughnut and the coffee and doughnut deal and all the doughnuts looked pretty much like the picture. I'm guessing they were made by part-time workers because they looked pretty young. My last visit i was served possibly by the owner or management because they were older guys and it was during the day on a weekday. Sad that the younger staff (looked to be in their teens) cared more about the quality then the older guys (possibly in their 40s or older). I really wanted to order more doughnuts later after had my doughnut and coffee and finish shopping but after that sad looking doughnut, I won't be going back.

I ordered Nutella Crepe with Banana and vanilla ice cream and it was the best crepe I've ever had so delicious and well-made. The place is pristine clean and staff are so welcoming and amazing, Thanks to vaanya

I went here yesterday for the first time. We got an American hot chocolate (I think it was called) it was honestly the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tried! The doughnuts were also really delicious and the staff were very helpful & polite. Excellent experience. Will definitely be back:)

VERY KIND AND NICE STAFF! Me and my family went to this store in Toronto Premium Outlets and the customer service is REALLY good! The staff is really amazing too! Especially Victoria, Erin and Upneet! They are so kind and thoughtful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Received these as a bday gift this past weekend.there was a note on the box apologizing that they replaced cookie monster cookie with a diff flavour as they had run out.everything was delish.the donuts fresh and just as good on second and third morning.the chocolate dip was more than enough for the churros.im not sure which company was used to deliver but they just left it outside and didnt ring the bell it was only when the person who had sent these to me called me to check if i received something thats when i saw it probably after 30-45 mins after.communication at delivery times needs work rest was great.

Different menu choices from other locations, good cooking, poor coffee cup lids, leaks all over

Place is super busy and when I searched for donuts in the area, this place was recommended but it like you need to wait 15 minutes for half a dozen.: (

First, the workers were very rude. I also ordered a latte and it tasted horrible and watered down. Not worth any money here. No wonder no one was inside and everyone was at Real Fruit

The worst customer service at this location. The girls didn’t notice me when I walked in for about 2 minutes and then once they finally did they didn’t put in my order properly and then when I asked them to fix it, they asked me to pay more money. No apologies or anything. It was pouring rain and they didn’t give me a bag so the box was falling apart by the time I got to my car. Will not be going back or recommending this place.

Scammy. Says buy one get one free but they charge the upsize twice. The upsize should be once since the second is free. Workers don’t do anything about it to fix the problem and blame it on management. So bad management as well I guess. The large and regular are pretty much the same size as well since the large is skinnier and 2 mc taller. Should’ve notified us that they would charge twice for an upsize even though it’s buy one get one free. Im looking at the other negative reviews and all the replies from the owner in the past few years are very nonprofessional and immature. Not sure if it’s the untrained teens that were working but the whole team is a mess and needs to be fixed.

Edit: Thanks for the reply. I did ask for a refund but the workers blamed it on management and there wasn’t anything that could be done. Even if it’s only 1 cent, I’d rather spend it anywhere but this place. If the place isn’t gonna have good food and drinks, at least have trained and professional employees. The long and harsh review is needed for a place that hasn’t fixed itself in the past 3 years.

Edit: Thank you for the reply. I asked the girl in the glasses how much extra the upsize would be and she said it was a dollar. It wasn’t and got charged extra, that’s why it is a scam. I’d rather save any money than spend on a place with horrible workers, drink, and service.

We ordered a Mexicoco and a Champorrado. They both tasted watered down. Not worth the price at all, totally overpriced.

Love their crepes. The perfect spot to rest after a whole day of shopping. They offer waffles, ice cream and savoury breakfast items as well
