Conducted our Pre Delivery Inspection with Ryan Falduti, overall it was a great experience and the finished house from Cachet homes looks in great, the staff is very supportive through out the home buying process. Highly recommend to purchase a home with Cachet.

I got my first primary residence from Cachet. Although my home was not ready during the PDI, Ryan from the Cachet Home Experience team did a wonderful job explaining everything to me in detail. I was supremely impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail

I have been calling the office for weeks now and no one answers the phone. Emails are not answered in a timely manner also. The customer service from Cachet has been a horrendous experience all together. From the decor centre to the hidden costs that are popping up for closing. Your transparency and honesty would have been appreciated and welcomed.

Our lot has been delayed a total of 3 times with a very vague letter not describing the reason. No one to follow up with either.

This is the worst experience ever, I would encourage everyone to not use this builder. They do everything to cut the cost, they did not install door to access the garage and gave no reason for omitting it. They placed substantial chargers for developer fees and would not cap it during the purchase process. They rarely respond to emails and hide things during this process. They are TERRIBLE AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER.
