I’ve been going to Dr. Leung for a few years now and have been very happy with his services. Very prompt, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Happy I found such a good family doctor.
Most admin staffs at Cachet Medical Centre such as Hue and Fiona are very polite and helpful. As well, I sincerely thank Dr. Martin Leung and Hue, both of them are professional and they care for their patients. Dr. Leung is very smart, attentive, knowledgeable, responsible and trustworthy. Hue is knowledgeable, organized, efficient, polite and patience, she understands how mothers feel when their kids are sick, it’s the little things that matter to all mothers and thanks Hue for doing all these for us. I can’t thank Dr. Leung and Hue enough, both of you have been extremely helpful. Your kindness will always be remembered in my heart. Much appreciated!
Hue To, Dr. Martin Leung’s secretary is great compared to where I'm coming from. Communications by phone and email are prompt and you can expect a response or voicemail within a day. She is beyond amazing, helpful and patient. I always found her to be competent and responsive in support of any requests for assistance.
No staff interested in Customers! They don't even say Hello! Shoe department has One Employee! Good luck if you want to buy! Store is self serve, but the PRICES are not! Huge Store NOBODY CARES! This is for sport check at this location only
This is the nearest place to my home. You will find you favourite stores, banks there. Pizza pizza, T & T, TD, CIBC. You can also find an aquarium store.
My son-in-law and daughter both see Dr. Jacqueline Ho. I met her once and she seems to have quite a bit of knowledge and is very polite. Too bad she isn't taking new patients.
It's close to my parent's house so it's quite convenient. It has most of everything you need in a little plaza, from a T&T supermarket that has it all (albeit being very expensive) and a Shopper's Drug Mart, a TD Bank and a CIBC, a Pizza Pizza, a Subway, a Tim Hortons, and hot dang even a Chatime. Few other mom and pop restaurants too from Chinese food to Greek.
Unspectacular community plaza but useful for everyone who lives nearby. Lots of traffic on the weekends and understandably so. It's also got lots of sweet memories of me during my twenties so I'll always appreciate the plaza:)
Nice little shopping area. I only come here for the T&T supermarket, Sportchek, and sometimes Chatime. I like this plaza but the drivers in this area are often in a rush and driving faster than they should, sometimes turning when it is not their turn at stop signs. Also a lot of shopping carts that people don't return to the proper areas after shopping. Be careful where you park.
If I want to be specific - Evelyn is great physiotherapist, very knowledgeable and helpful - however the clinic is fairly old and I found prices are higher than other places.
People always triple park in front of T n T. They roll n stop n roll. Never even care there is traffic behind them. Not to mentioned hit n run. Sometimes those idots ask u for money even though its their fault. Those muggers. Accidents occurs like daily breakfast routines. Avoid entering that plaza at 7: 55 am from 16th Avenue. Thats when those accidents occurs mostly.
If I can give this place a zero I would. I decided to go to this family doctor because it was accepting new patients and somewhat closer to where I live. The receptionists there are horrible, they leave patients standing there 5-10 mins, meanwhile they be on the phone or typing something (completely ignoring you being there). Secondly, there was a doctor there that was disrespectful. I was sitting at the waiting area, and overheard a doctor coming out talking to the receptionist about how they shouldn't have booked that patient in because they were already overbook for the day. The doctor I saw was rude. I wouldn't be coming in if I was experiencing pain or not feeling well. Do they seriously think patients take their time off work to fake something or see the doctors just for fun and even take days off to see a specialist. They should really reconsider what they say to patients.
The worst clinic I've ever been to. Receptionists are rude, no customer service whatsoever. They make you wait in line while they are on the phone for 10-20 mins. Often, they said " oh why did you come so late, we are closing in 5 mins" when its not even they're closing time. Changing closing time too often.
I've recently learned this place only accepts walk-in only if patients are registered to the family doctors there. If not, they won't see anyone. I thought walk-in clinics are suppose to be for everyone. This shows how unprofessional doctors there are, can't just pick and choose.
After registered them as my family doctor, they seem to be good at the very beginning with the long follow-up, answering questions and diagnosis to make sure you're problem are not serious. But then, everything goes downhill afterwards.
Now, I start to notice a longer wait time, approximately 1-2hrs, even when there no one in the waiting area. When you're in the room, they make you feel like you're taking too much of they're time. They don't want to order testing done. Insisted on it will heal on its own and not prescribing medicines. Unfortunately, doctors should know that there are some people who do have weaker immune systems and are vulnerable. Can't judge patients based on age because everyone is different.
I'm sure a lot of people are looking for a new family doctor. A doctor that gives time to their patients.
Normal walk-in experience, but appreciate their honesty telling me the wait is long. Doctor's diagnosis is convincing and professional - my questions are all answered.
This review is specifically for a receptionist named Ada. My app was at 2pm on a snowy day. She calls me to reschedule for 1: 30 because they needed to go home early. Sure no problem. I spend 15 dollars on a taxi to get there early (i couldve gotten a ride at 2) and theres no one there. They left for lunch? When I confronted the lady her voice the exact same on the phone about changing my app and waiting. She pretended as if she didnt. Complete disrespect of my time.
I was there to take my XRay last week, the receptionist was very rude. I had been waiting for a while, she kept working on her computer and ignored me. Later on she told me that I didn't read the sign on her desk. The technician was quite professional and nice though.
I'll be changing my doctor ASAP. The secretaries are very rude on the phone and the clinic in general makes you wait a ridiculously long time for services that should take minutes
