It's not my experience but that of a representative of a journalist group in particular David menzies with rebel news. 4days wait for a cleaning of the room is far less than was acceptable I'm in outrage on their behalf. You failed miserably. And has been shared on the internet from. Mr menzies on social media and YouTube x and Instagram

A great luxury experience in a small city like windsor. A great place to shop, relax, attend live shows and concerts in Canada.

Upon Check-in at around 4: 20pm, we were advised that the room wasn't ready. After a long drive from Toronto to Windsor, we were hoping for a hot shower and to get ready for our dinner plans. The staff advised us that there was nothing they could do, and that we would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. After a heated conversation with multiple staff members, someone finally agreed that waiting in the lobby wasn't the path forward and gave us a room which was around $20 more. I didn't come to the hotel for the experience to argue with staff for 30 minutes before coming to a solution. It ruined my mood and my stay in Caesars Windsor.

Stayed in Caesars Windsor Hotel just last week and I can definitely say it's gone downhill. As soon as we walked in the room we noticed crumbs on the nightstand and inside the drawers. Barely vacuumed. Whenever we called down for anyting it took a long time to even connect to the front desk. I then open the fridge and lo and behold old food from the previous visitors. I am not big on confrontation so I I decided not to wait 10 minutes trying to call down to front desk. When trying to check out an alarm started going off and me and my friend had places to be so we ended up having to take down 26 flights of stairs for an unexplained alarm. Very disappointed.

I gave a 3 star for the rooms because if you check into the adults only tower you have to walk from the parking garage through the entire casino (up and down escalators) and into the lobby at the other tower and then walk back through the casino again to your room. Not very convenient at all. Other than that, I totally recommend this hotel. It's in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, timmies, the lake and parks. Parking is free and it's a quick drive to the USA border if you're planning to leave from a road trip.

The gaming floor staff are very helpful when unfamiliar with the layout and from only two other previous experiences helpful at the gaming tables as well. My last visit was only to kill a few minutes before a concert so a friend could donate some of his hard earned money to Caesars. I haven't stayed in or even seen the room quality yet.

Went to celebrate my birthday with friends and was surprised to see the property, most of the rooms have a waterfront view, the hotel is very huge and well maintained, big rooms and exceptional service.
There are so many food options, the Italian restaurant is amazing.

The hotel is closest to all the nearby restaurants and there is a huge waterfront park for the kids to play.

Horrible experience. Trying to check in. Thanks to front desk manager Alyssa, she has the customer service skills of a slug

Overall, it is a nice hotel with some decent amenities, a great location for cross-border travel/day trips. Decently priced in comparison to similar options. We ended up with a great view from our room. Free self parking which is always a plus!

Large clean rooms with good counter space and a separate tub/ shower bathroom. They appeared to have been refurbished recently. We had a view of the river which was a treat, and our room came with a coffee pot, which some casino rooms do not. The gaming floor is on two levels. Took a break from gambling in the afternoon to walk along the riverwalk, which felt safe.

The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean. View was okay. If I was looking for a place to stay in the Windsor area I would book Caesars Windsor again.

Good place. Bad layout for a convention. Not many choices for food. Hotel rooms are not quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Favourite venue to attend conventions at in Windsor! Helpful staff in the lobby directed us where to go for the convention (Northen National Collectors Con 09/29/2023-10/01/2023) Use to having Windsor Comicon in the other area so it was a bit strange with it being upstairs at the Augustus Tower. Overall a good venue and easy to find layout with Windsor conventions coming back

What a beautiful but expensive casino. Was nice yo visit, I went to a Megadeth concert and the venue was amazing, we had dinner at Legends Sports bar for was great and are server was amazing, out in the hallway waiting for concert to start 2 drinks cost $21 WOW NOT DOING THAT AGAIN NICE RIP OFF, they make tons of money each day there is no reason to price gouge people!

I had a great 3 night stay and concert experience with Diana Ross. I was in the older Forum tower but the rooms are renovated and very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with shower enclosed separate from bathtub. Theres no housekeeping for 3 nights or less but that was not problem, you phone for more towels etc.they came promptly. There’s a small fridge too. The resort is style like Caesars Place in Vegas, there’s no buffet but they have Tim Hortons, counter food court for breakfast and lunch. The gambling was tight as of all the casinos are post covid in Ontario. Only thing minus was the location the resort is in a little isolated part Windsor, at night it was kinda dead so I suggest take your car or taxi. During the day you can walk along Riverside. Overall good place to visit for a short stay.

Outstanding casino and hotel with a beautiful view of Detroit and the river.

They have a beautiful, intimate concert venue as well as Cosmos bar located centrally within the hotel. They get fantastic bands, and the crowd is awesome. But it's pricey $$$$

The rooms are beautiful and well appointed with every amenity you could want.

Staff are friendly and always go the extra mile.

Love the lights and the glitter! Great place to watch a show or play the slots. Canada's lil Vegas! Rooms are wonderful!

Love this casino, however they have tons of uffalo games my advice is get rid of a few and put in other games, (slots) that are missing that majority of casinos have. Otherwise we will still be back. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Great place for a getaway! They have several restaurants, a place of entertainment, along with gambling on two floors. They even have a Tim Hortons in there! We use our card, my husband and I, to accumulate points for different levels of incentives to win things that they provide in a big ballroom to go pick up when you card to see what level you're at and what you can get. We've won a George Foreman smokeless grill, bags, jewelry, sunglasses, water hoses, water hose attachment sprayer, really too many items to mention! But some really great things! Ohhh.lest not forget, also free rooms money on card to start our night to gamble! We've came & only had to use our money towards food & gambling. Sometimes we've won enough to save for next time when we come for another night of adventure!

Great room, nice sheets and towels. Had a Tim Hortons inside hotel. Would have liked more to do around the hotel.

I've been here a few times and it was the best hotel I've been to. Very excited when arriving.
