Cafe de Khan

We ordered mouth watering platters And our family enjoyed quarter leg, seekh kabab beef, Bihari boti, naan, raita and chutney. We would definitely order again.

We had two combos, one was chapli kebab and one was chicken kebab. The food was delicious on a different level. It was light, wasn’t greasy as other restaurants’ food generally is. The butter chicken usually in other restaurants is totally garbage, but Cafe De Khan nailed their butter chicken. Highly highly recommended.

I enjoyed two dishes of kebabs, including the famous bihari Kebab. Dinner included a delicious plate of Gulab jamun for dessert.

Everything we ordered was beyond delicious. It was my first time visiting this restaurant in all the years which I've lived in Mississauga. And I would definitely recommend to others to at least give them a try.

The price, however, was quite high. We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time with a few visitors for take out orders. It was about 930pm, perhaps that and the location in particular are the reason as to why. BUT, we went to ridgeway afterward for a snack, and it was busy as always.

Each dish was about $25 at Cafe De Khan. But I don't see myself coming here more than once or twice a year at that cost if I'm going to be quite honest. $70+ dinner for two people at a Pakistani restaurant with tip and tax.nope.we eat out 2-3 times a week at times and with these prices, it becomes unsustainable.

Meanwhile, Canada is in a recession and that plaza at ridgeway must have taken a lot of business away from the restaurants in the surrounding area because they have 50+ halal options and prices ranging from 7.99 for a burger combo (unheard of since McDonald's LOL) to $20 per a plate. I've even since avoided going to Blackstone, BBQ Tonight and Nihari Inn for the same reasons. Pakistani restaurants typically have been charging 3-$4 for chai when we make that at home within 15 minutes, silver spoon sells for $2, meanwhile Brar's is giving away chai free for the month of January and a liter of gas is $1.35 lol.

This is our go to place when it comes to classic Pakistani cuisine. I love their Lahore charga and their BBQ.

If you have haraam money then you would like to come to the restaurant. These restaurant owners are looting the people and making public hungry.

The food was amazing, especially the Peshawri Beef Kabab Karahi with imli sauce. The service was amazing and Server Mehak Preet was very kind and helpful.

I had Kulfi, and then, after some time, Mango Lassi. I'm experiencing stomach discomfort. It's 2 am, and I can't really sleep.
The service was really good; the person who served us was a 10/10.

We’ve ordered Bihari boti kebab, brain masala, butter naan and garlic naan. Food was really delicious. That’s the third time I have tasted. The taste was same as before. Service and atmosphere were friendly.

I have been a regular customer of Cafe DE Khan but the experience today at Cafe de khan was really bad and pathetic.

Made me and my family wait for 1 hour or more for food. The staff didn't bother to apologize for the wait time or give any updates. The food was also very bad in taste the standard is not the same as it was when this place opened up.

Staff should have shown some courtesy or offered some kind of discount as an apology when charging the bill. Extremely disappointed with the experience today.

I hope they can improve and do better next time.

Visited here on Christmas and I’m not sure why all the reviews are giving such high stars…. When we walked in no table had food on it and we waited a very long time to get our food. We had to ask for water twice and finally a server took a used jug from another table, and simply refilled it and gave it to us. I had to ask another server to kindly give us a new one as it was dirty and he also just rinsed it and gave us the same used jug. The fried parantha is a bhatura nothing different. Chat papri was too sour and watery, there was four pieces of papri in it. The goat karahi was only good option. Brain masala (Beja fry) and behari boti were very oily and subpar. They don’t have ice and the three cokes that we ordered were barely cold. I usually refrain from reviews as I believe in supporting local restaurants but I definitely do not recommend this place until they hire more staff, have more equipment such as water jugs and really up the ante with their cooking. Veg options extremely limited. Zero ambience no music playing and cramped.

Amazing food and service at their new location. Came for the halwa puri nashta which was delicious.

Beef behari boti is so good and mounts watering. Reminds me back home taste. We came from Oakville to taste the great
Kebabs often. Wish they will maintain the good quality of food.
