The food of this place is amazing, went there for the first time to try it out and the server Niko gave us very good experience. Was fast and attentive all the time to us. I really recommend this places, everything is fantastic both the food and the service 10 out of 10

The food and service were fantastic, Niko provided phenomenal service and honestly I was just very impressed! I'll be sure to recommend this spot to my family and friends and will for sure need to come back again!

Best experience ever!

Couple of issues to start off with. When we walked in, the host seemed confused and did not greet us. He gave us a face just expecting us to sit down ourselves. I asked if i can give him an ice cream cake for a birthday and he said to talk with our server. After waiting for our server for 10mins, no one showed up and i walked back to the front asking him to help us out. He then took the cake and i specifically asked him to put it in the freezer and ofc he doesnt listen and puts it in the fridge. When we finally got our cake, it was melted and we couldnt even cut it.

The other problem was that the service was very slow and not a professional standard. The servers will be great working at a pub, but not what I was expecting in a “steak house”.

Food overall was okay, the taste was there. We ordered a drink and they forgot to bring it from the bar. The ice ended up melting and watering down the drink. They offer it for free but when the bill came, they still tried to charge us.

I really wanted to like this place but from the start to finish, there were too many problems. The Keg might be a better option.

Went into Cagneys for the first time and out server Niko recommended we order the carnivore platter and it was excellent! Great recommendation by Niko and excellent service. Niko was very personable and made our experience very enjoyable!

I went to Cagney resturant and was greeted promptly by the waiter niko who introduced himself and was very hospitable. He proceeded to take care of me and my party with precise serve. 10/10. Definitely will be coming back! Thanks to Niko for the wonderful experience!

Recently had a family dinner at Cagney’s Steakhouse—a great spot! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including delicious salad, onion rings, perfectly cooked salmon, flavorful souvlaki, and the delightful and beautifully presented Saganaki. The ribeye was a tasty, perfect medium rare, accompanied by flavorful mashed potatoes and veggies. The au jus, though an extra on the side, added a delightful touch. Everyone savored their dishes, including a delicious flatbread (which I highly recommend you order). We appreciated the lovely and generous touch of complementary birthday dessert.

Despite the French onion soup leaning towards the 'too salty' side and some service hiccups (we had to ask for side plates, steak knives, bread and no lunch menu presented at 1: 45 pm), the overall dining experience was enjoyable. However, the bill had to be corrected twice, and even after the third attempt, it still reflected dinner pricing instead of the initially requested lower lunch pricing. This aspect of the visit felt somewhat dishonest, detracting from an otherwise very pleasant meal.

Beautiful restaurant and wonderful staff. This place was recommended to me by many friends so my mom and I decided to cave in and try it. Delicious food and our waiter, Milan was very kind, efficient, funny, and quick. Definitely deserves a raise. I will be back and tell all my friends because of him!

Unfortunately their New Years Eve dinner in no way represented what others have in their reviews. I don’t recommend their set menus unless a better effort is attempted by their entire team.

The set courses were pretty straightforward. However the plates served did not come out looking anything like the photos posted in other reviews. The asparagus was soooo over cooked and sloppy looking. Mashed potatoes were simply scooped onto the plate. Deserts were an overthought with our server dropping off a slices of cake that should never had made it to the table. Steaks were cooked as asked but not flavourful or spiced up much. The appetizers were fine.

Considering it wasn’t overly busy for a 6-8 pm setting presentation and freshness should have easily been significantly better for the price.

The vast majority of the staff were very pleasant and smiling, however our waitress was obviously not entirely happy about something as she was short and running off before we had fully communicated with her. Hence I’m certain why our plates and servings were likely below Cagney standards.

Went on NYE as a party of two and left $300 poorer (including tip) for a meal that was slightly above OK. Four course meal with one beer and one margarita. Margarita was very good. Steak was cooked perfectly but the mashed potatoes and asparagus were worse than I make at home. We only saw our server three times. To take our one and only drink order, take our food order, and to collect the bill. No one bothered to ask how the food was. If we need anything. I don't think the waiter even introduced himself. I would have left less tip but someone else who was actually nice brought the food. Hopefully tips are shared and she got some or most of the tip.

Took almost 3 hours to get through the 4 course meal with one round of drinks. Luckily we had a pitcher of water. It took an hour to wait between salad and appetizers. Brought the dessert at the same time as the main course. Massive cheesecake. Food overall was alright but not for what we paid.

Not worth the time and won't be back unfortunately.

First time visiting and will definitely be back. Food was great, service was on point. Mario made sure we were all taken care of especially being a larger party.

Cagney's is a must try place on your bucket list. The ambiance, service, and food is incredible. Mario the general manager is extremely hospitable and ensures that everyone is having their needs met. Will be back again soon!

Ordered the chicken supreme and was SUPREMELY disappointed. The asparagus was extremely overcooked into mush, the yams were undercooked, and the kitchen messed up our entire order for our party of six. For their insane prices, Cagneys certainly did not meet my expectations. Moxies is way better for the price, quality, and service.

Everything about this restaurant was exceptional. The food, drinks and the atmosphere. Our server Mario was a delight. Such a nice person. I will recommend this restaurant

Had a lovely dinner experience here! Both the servers and waiters were friendly and helpful in what food or drinks to order.
They had a range of steak cuts to choose from. The taste and texture of the food we ordered was perfect too. The price was very reasonable for the portions we got.
I would highly recommend this steakhouse to my friends and family!

The most delicious filet and steak in Mississauga! The oysters and steak bites just had the perfect flavors. The ambiance was perfect as well at the service. I would like to thank Mario, our server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will come back!
