Great experience. All of the dental hygienists and Dentists, as well as support staff, are wonderful and amazing with my kids!

Was seen the next day for cracked tooth. Filled and the Dr was so gentle and caring. Great experience!

My hygienist today was wonderful. She was very thorough, and we had some great conversation. She made sure I was completely comfortable and it was obvious that she was deeply committed to her profession and her patients. I didn’t catch her name at the beginning of the appointment- but please do look up my file and let her know that she is doing amazing work.

My "new patient" visit was a very thorough one. The dental tech (Alexis) was very personable, efficient and skilled. The exam by the dentist was quick, thorough and informative. I make the trip from Dunnville to take my autistic teen to see them. I can't say enough about how great they are with him. So patient caring and kind is an understatement.

I had a great experience in your office. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. My hygenist was the best. She treats me, my daughter and my grandchildren. On occasion we have worked with other hygenists n received the same quality care. I also would like to add i was allowed in with my 6 year old grandson he had 2 cavities to be filled. The kindness of the dentist and his assistant was remarkable. Im very happy with the entire staff at Caledonia Smiles I recommend them to my friends and family. So patient, trustworthy, gentle, empathetic, friendly, clean, safe, professional and really take the time to talk their patients through each process and provide clear education and awareness pieces.
My 2 year old comes for “happy visits”, which help to get her comfortable with the environment/process and equipment, she has enjoyed two visits so far.

Had my new patient appointment today and was very happy with the team! The hygienist Jenna did an amazing job at soothing my anxieties and making me feel comfortable. Dr Farah was so nice and patient explaining anything I needed to know!

The practice is situated at an easy-to-access location with ample parking and is always clean and relaxing.

I drive from jarvis to take my autistic kids to this dentist. The dentist can be a scary sensory experience for nurodiverse kids. The dentists and hygienists always take the time to answer my kids questions and always show them what will be going into their mouths. They take the time and care with my kids that they need. They also have kids programming going on a TV which is mounted perfectly to the ceiling to distract your kids during their appointments. Dealing with the office is easy and they usually answer the phone. Billing is also easy. My kids have also required several dental specialists and after doing my own research I always went with the specialists they recommended as they were the most well reviewed. Never had a negative experience.

I had a fantastic experience today with a very gentle dentist she made me feel at ease and did such a great job with the circumstances she was given, I look forward to being back soon to finish up the procedure.

Brought my anxious 4 year old daughter to be seen. The entire staff, from the hello at the door to the goodbye as we left was incredibly welcoming, calming and reassuring.

I’ve had great care however the office management needs improvement which is a direct reflection of the doctor owners. I had a night guard done in June. Paid $190 deposit that I would get back once the plan reimbursed the dental office. My dog ate it in august I can’t get another one because the cost is $500 as my insurance covers only 1 ever so often. I requested my scans to be sent to a lab that is family owned. That was almost 3 week ago. I have emailed and called the office 3 times. The scans were paid by my plan so technically they are my medical records, and I was told that it would cost $50 to send (electronically) to another lab, with no further explanation. In addition, the $190 deposit from June has not been refunded yet, even though my plan has paid out to the dental office. So this isn’t very pleasant to deal with.

In addition, my kids and I are all patients at this office. Its beyond frustrating.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my son and was give. A $600 out of pocket bill with no warning. He was there 20 min received 3 small fillings that were not even cavities. She proceeds to tell me they have no way of telling what my plan limit is, they should of asked me! She tells me that they can send estimates with my permission, why didn’t they ask me to do that then! All of this could have been avoided if they just communicated. Please beware and make sure you confirm if u have to pay out of pocket then. She then says we will work with you and you can go on a payment plan, just want I want debt!

Dr. Kal is a great dentist, him and his team make it a really easy and stress free experience, especially if the dentist makes you nervous I would recommend coming here!

Dr. Kal really cares about his patients and does his best to make it as comfortable and pain free experience as possible! If you are in any pain he does not hesitate to do something about it and give more freezing. He also has a great technique for making the needles for freezing as painless as possible and sometimes you can't even feel it. I really feel comfortable coming here and I would highly recommend this dental office as a whole!

From the moment you enter the office you realize how professional and friendly the staff is. I had my appointment with dr. Kal and it was a great experience. He is very professional and kind doctor. My appointment went very smoothly thanks to him and his staff. I highly recommend him and his practice.

I went to see Dr. Kal Jumaily for cosmetic issues with my teeth. He is absolutely amazing and the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I had orthodontic treatment with braces a few years ago but there was still a gap between my front teeth. Dr. Kal gave me all the options in detail and he was very honest and thorough. I decided to go ahead with it. The clinic is beautiful and luxurious. And it’s the cleanest clinic I’ve ever been to. They followed the COVID 19 guidelines perfectly and I felt very comfortable and safe.

The procedure itself was a breeze. Dr. Kal know exactly what he’s doing. It’s obvious that he is a pro and does this day in and day out. No hesitation or uncertainty. He gave me the mirror afterwards and I was just like WOW! After 15 minutes and NO DISCOMFORT whatsoever and my smile was transformed. I feel so much more confident with my smile.

Highly recommend this dentist if you don’t like your smile and any other dental issues.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. I have fears about the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. I also brought my 2 year old for her first visit and she warmed right up to them and supervised all of us with her cooperation. Completely different dental experience from my childhood!

Great place, extremely friendly staff! I usually see Dr. Kal or Dr. Farah. I had 8 fillings to be done, Dr. Kal used some new technique using sand abrasion as the cavities were not very deep, didn't need any anesthesia and was able to have breakfast right after. Love their massage chairs! They're also open once a month on Saturdays which is great. Would definitely recommend!

This place is a breath of fresh air compared to my old dentist. Everyone is very friendly here. They try to make your dentist visit as painless as possible. They do direct deposit to my insurance which is a huge help as well as they now offer evening appointment times.
