All of the doctors and staff are wonderful! They provide genuine care and a welcoming environment with great service!

I LOVE Caledonia Vet Clinic, it is the only place I will take my pets! This is my third dog I have been bringing to Vinny and ALWAYS recommend him! Thanks Vinny, Isabel and all staff for being to great with my kids!

Have been going to CVC for years. Dr, Hetram is the best. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. Clearly loves what he does. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Hope things never change.

Dr. Dan, Kelly, Lindsey and the rest of the crew are amazing. I am a very nervous and paranoid dog parent. The CVC team goes above and beyond to explain things to me. They don’t push for procedures that they find unnecessary and are ALWAYS honest. Love it here!

I have always paid in full each visit and thought I had a good relationship with the staff.

Recently I had vehicle trouble driving to this Vet. I called immediately to cancel my appointment. I had one prior missed appointment, due to snow and I also called to reschedule. LIFE HAPPENS!

I called in to book my dogs next nail trim and Heart worm test. I was told I had to PRE PAY.

I was referred to this Vet by a sibling who has gone for years. It’s always been a drive of 20-30 minutes, which I thought was well worth it.

I’m hopeful the new Vet will be a better fit and less worried about their Facebook Profile.

Great staff.always helpful and kind with friendly banter. AND they take great care of our furry pals.

Great vet, very thorough and nice. Office is nice aswell. Prices are surprisingly cheaper than Simcoe

The staff here are top notch. We lost our senior in December and they were nothing but respectful, kind and caring. Fast forward 4 months and one of our new kittens got up to no good and ate something he shouldn’t. Vinny was so caring and kind and helped our little guy feel so much better! Nothing but good things to say!

Vet clinics are insanely priced, but if you're going to spend the money, take your animal here. You will find nothing but the best treatment and the most caring staff. Highly recommended

Staff is friendly and helpful. The vet was very informative and gave great advice based on what he does with his own dog. Very glad we chose this clinic.

Recently my wouldve been 16 yr old girl yesterday- passed away, on december 31st. I went to this vet for years. My girl ended up having an issue on the right side of her heart that was apparently ongoing as told to me by another professional vet, yet this caledonia vet never detected anything while listening to the sound of her heart, ever. If they would have detected an issue, I could have gotten help for her sooner, and she would still be here. I would not recommend this place, one of the vets is very condescending as well, definitely go somewhere else for actual help if you care about your pet

Called the other day and reception was very rude. Reception.please try to be kind and compassionate to the ppl that contact you. I know you deal with a lot. But you can convey things in a manner that is still polite

I have no idea how that happened my bad, the lady I talked to on the phone was more then helpful with my questions.

I had to put my dog to sleep after she was struck by a car. They were very compassionate and professional in a very dark time

Have only had to go once as an initial visit/yearly visit for my cat but overall very impressed with all the staff and the care they take for the animals here. All very knowledgeable and make you take comfort in knowing you have brought your pet to the right place!

My dog started to limp the other day and no weight bearing. I called to ask for an appointment and was giving next day at 11.20, {Monday}, well that stupid snow hit and in the business of towing just could not fit it in. So we called, no problem bring him in next day 11.20. So today I went, met with Dr Danielle. It was a great visit, I was informed ACL tear, but Danielle went even farther, basically gave him a full exam. Answered all my questions without hesitation, I never felt hurried, it was just an overall great visit. I’m not sure where some of the hate reviews come from, I’ve been going here for at least 25 years. Dr Vinny, and the staff have always been professional and I will return. Great job to the staff, and love the aquarium. Keep up the good work.

Been taking our 14 yr old pup here since he was a pup 2008. The last couple years I am not impressed with service, always feel rushed. My recent visit invoice was $680.14 for blood work, urinalysis, heartworm test and physical exam. When I calmly and reasonably inquired re bill vs the cost I was quoted (300-400) vs 600.and requested a breakdown, I was told by vet V, that if "I was worried about nickel and diming we I should probably not own a dog!? !? ! " How mean! I Checked with another vet who confirmed charges were excessive. What a TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL thing to say! I was a registered nurse and if I said anything remotely similar to a patient, I would have been disciplined and possibly loose my job.

Took my little multipoo there for dental cleaning. I was terrified. They did an excellent job. Everyone was amazing! Thank you Dr. Yeulett and staff!

Overall a good experience switching from a vet in Hamilton, got an appointment relatively quick and the prices weren't as bizarre as some vets I have been to in the past

Caledonia vet clinic has the most caring and attentive team of any clinic I have been to. Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They reassured every concern I had about my pets surgery and even reached out post surgery to see how she was recovering. I was very impressed and highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Big thanks to the team!

Wow - this clinic rocks! I've been taking my pets here for about 14 years and the care is phenomenal - the best care ever. The Vets are amazing, the techs, all the staff. They have helped me immensely. For instance, 2 days ago I found a lump on my cat's stomach. They saw me the next day and set up the surgery for the day after. Everything taken care of fast, which lessened my worry. Special thanks to Dr. Dan for always remaining calm, positive, with a wealth of knowledge and for answering all my questions. I highly recommend this Vet clinic. Thank you.

We have switched to this clinic for our 15 year old dog. Our old clinic estimated 3-4 grand for removing a benign mouth tumor & some dental surgery. We thought we'd get a 2nd opinion as my daughter takes her dog here.long story short CVC did it all for 1 grand. Treatment successful.he is feeling so good he is acting like he's 5.not 15! Their kindness to animals & fair prices gained them a grateful forever customer! ️

I wish i could give more stars, we went to colborne vet in simcoe and got told my 7 month old puppy had an ingrown hair, we wanted a second opinion cause we didn’t believe it was an ingrown hair, i don’t remember the vets name as i was very stressed out but he was diagnosed with cancer.he’s taking extra time out of his day to squeeze him in for emergency surgery on thursday, he explained things to me in such detail, didn’t just talk about important things, he explained EVERYTHING to me in a way that i could legitimately understand, i will be sending my other puppy here too from now on and i am more than thankful and appreciative for this vet, my hat goes off to the vet that helped my puppy oreo today and gave us the answer the other vet wouldn’t, i wish i remembered his name and hopefully he sees this and knows how much i appreciate him and his efforts today.

Dr's are great the rest of the staff are nice however they may need some animal behaviorial training. My dog had a very unpleasant experience when he was getting neutered 2 yrs ago. I had received a call that morning asking if my dog was cage agressive, which he wasn't, and i explained to her that he had really bad seperation anxiety which could be there reason. Poor guy was just scared. She told me, he was going to be red flagged and that he is going to be an aggressive dog towards other animals and people. Once he was ready, I had to go through the back to go pick him up and to be honest I have never gone back because this dog has been nothing but sweet and kind to other animals and people. I was not impressed with how we was being treated behind closed doors.

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Vinny and Isabell for many years. They don't just treat the animals they also care for, and about the animals!

I drive an extra distance because the staff always take my calls of I have questions and try to answer them honestly. Very helpful caring staff.
