Horrible customer service, the employees here seem like they hate there lives and are super rude such a depressing environment to walk into let alone there miserable customer servie

My husband and I went into this establishment on Monday, March 4 in the afternoon as we were looking to buy some new board games. As we walked in, the cashier was on a personal phone call. I looked at her and I said hello and she did not even respond. My husband and I browsed the store and even went up near the cashier to look at some sales and she did not get off the phone and ask if we needed any help. As it’s winter, the outlets were not busy at all and she lost a customer because she never even once acknowledged us.

Calendar Club fills a long outstanding vacuum for toys and children's play items. Considering the number of children, both local and tourist, There was no place at all to take care of their needs before Calendar Club moved in. Although the prices a little high the store is patronized by both locals and tourists. Costumer service is very professional in catering that market segment.
