Call-A-Cab Ltd

These folks were lifesavers for me and a buddy at 2am on Sunday night. Driver was a great guy and dispatcher was such a sweetheart!

So just an hour ago, one of the Call-A-Cab vans backed into my vehicle in a private parking lot and just left the scene! We have had issues with their cabs racing into the parking lot and racing out, never checking for people or vehicles. This is criminal. Too bad for them we have the parking lot under camera surveillance!

My cat died early Sat.morning. My daughter who lives 3 hours away made arrangements for me to take my cat to the humane society. She explain the situation to the dispatcher They were very busy that day. The dispatcher called me just a few minutes later to let me know the cab was already there. She was so very kind. She told me that the cab would wait for me while I was in the humane society. When the cab arrived the driver came out and took Arya and placed him in the back. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I wish there were more stars to give.

I received a call at 0158 in the morning stating I had booked a cab and it was outside. I informed the dispatcher that I had not. She was very rude and gave me attitude saying I did and that I had booked it without speaking to a dispatcher. Theres clearly a glitch with their booking system because I had used their cabs before that could be why she had my address in the system but there is no reason why I would have called a cab for 2am.

Do not trust their touch-tone phone booking system. I booked a cab for an early morning trip, the automated operator confirmed the date and time. The next morning the cab did not arrive, I called the operator and they didn't have it in the system. I was very careful, definitely did not make a mistake. The operator recommended hitting "0" to talk to an operator. Decent cab company if you set up a ride in advance.

Didn't show up, called them multiple times, they just thing up on me, I was late to work that day.

Generally the taxis arrive quickly during early mornings, but or else it is very unpredictable.
Most of the taxis have a stench which lingers on the clothing well after leaving the taxi.
The drivers are generally friendly and cooperative. There are a couple who on a few occasions have been uncooperative, and have taken a longer route than necessary, which in turn increased the fare.

This is the worst cab company I have every used, you’d have better luck paying a crack head $20 to ride his handle bars than to go through call a cab. The dispatchers are disgusting, they have no respect, the women that work dispatch in the morning are constantly swearing, calling myself, or my family members names. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY, save your time just use Capital taxi

Horrible costumer service. I called for a cab and the girl on the phone was very short and rude with me. She said she would call me soon to let me know when there was a cab available, which I totally understood. 30 minutes went by and so I called to get an update. When the phone answered I could tell by the voice that it was the same girl. She asked me for my address and she said “yup you’re at the top of my list” and I said “okay great I was just calling for an update” and she replied with “well I haven’t called you yet have I? ” And I said “No I was just looking for a estimated time/location”. “Well you need to wait for your call I haven’t even called you yet so you will have to wait”. I was taken back by her passive aggressive tone and said okay thank you and ended the call, but before I ended the call I could hear her laughing in the back. Super obnoxious customer service experience. Very rude and short with me. I understand we all have our bad days but that is no excuse to take it out on your customers and be rude and degrading to them when they are supplying you with service. Will never be using them again.

Called other day to take a cab due to long wait time I booked uride as was already late for work. Went to pre-book a taxi this morning the guy got mad on the phone saying "when I finally showed up other day you were getting uride and will not be wasting my services on you" I proceeded to say well I waited 50 mins and was now late so needed to get to work and he laughed and hung up on me. Will definitely not be using this company again and will be letting people know not to use them as dispatch is rude most times, very rarely do they come in a timely Manor, and most times they also "forget" that you book a cab if booked ahead of time.

Very mean dispatcher actually had the nerve to say I was being rude and she hung up on me when i asked where the cab was after waiting over 40 minutes i would stay away from this company if you can help it.
