Very bad quality of shoes. I bought 1 pair few days ago and when I wore it the next day, the colour came off and my feet got all black and swollen from shoes. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service, I absolutely agree with the other reviews. I went with my 15-year old teenage daughter and there was no one in the storefront (apart from the cashier) so we were very confused on how to ask for a different size shoe. My daughter wandered to the back of the store to see if she could find anyone and got yelled at by one of the employees. She obviously looked very confused and apologized but the employee just rudely repeated that it was against company policy for her to be there. After that, she immediately asked me to go and we left. She is already a very reserved person and was quiet for the rest of the trip.
To be fair, the store was very busy at the time and looked understaffed.

Worst customer service ever I got yelled at when I asked how long is going to take for them to bring my size cause I waited 20 minutes. Although I loved the shoes I left the store after this employee treated me horribly yelling I don’t know instead of explaining the situation politely.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. Went to pick up my order and the black lady don’t know her name and Maria were extremely unprofessional and worst employees. Call it spring has a good name and this lady can ruin your brand name so better keep an eye out on her to see how she is handling clients as she is the worst person I ever met in my life. She was yelling at me when after 30 mins I asked to refund the money as she couldn’t find ny order.

Jessica had AMAZING service she is sooooo sweet and has amazing energy. This is the first time in a LONG time I’ve come to spring at square one because I have had horrrrrible experiences here. Love the new staff ️

Tuscan (if that’s even her real name) probably has one of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen AND she’s the store manager. I had come to the store to exchange my defected bag that I had got in mail which I ordered in her store, and before I could even get a word out her immediate response was to call customer service. I told her I did not even have a chance to wear the bag and she looked inside the bag and called it “dirty” and would not even hear me out. At that point, I had just asked if there’s anything else that she can do because I cannot use a bag that is clearly defected and she said she won’t take it back because she cannot sell it to other customers because it’s defected CLEARLY. She refused to help deescalate the situation and kept telling me to call customer service, which I did and turns out the store manager does not even know her own return policies. I ended up calling, they sent an email to the store and requested a full refund for me, which was done by the nice Assistant Store Manager. I always shop at spring and I am fully aware of their return policies which is why I went to the store expecting no problems. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had personally at this store and hope she learns how to properly speak to people who are clearly keeping her store in business.
