Call It Spring

Worst experience with Call it Spring all together. Bought a pair from halifax; had it delivered to toronto. Item received was both wrong size and item modal. Went to Stc for exchange and the representative placed a wrong transaction and apparently nothing was scheduled for delivery as requested and upon confirming with the online representative I was told that I will receive a new expedited order and a separate charge and refund will be placed but after 2 days I receive an email stating that due to a technical difficulty the refund has to done thru the place of orgin. Which is halifax! This is unexpected, unacceptable and total inconvenience at next level. The online customer representative “alessia” confirmed that a new item will be placed with their special “30% off” but nothing was confirmed.
For a $50 shoe I had to spend 5 days of my time well i will get my refund eventually but will not but shoes from them anymore. Poor channeling.

The company is trash. Don’t shop here. They don’t have a customer service hotline.
