Call It Spring

The worst experience with call it spring! I ordered 2 purses online for Black Friday. A couple days later, I got a refund for one purse (which is fine, it got sold out but the website said it was in stock. Poor inventory management but I was okay with it). I went into the store to pickup the 1 purse and they notified me there was no tag on the label and someone sold the purse because they didn’t know it was for an online order. I am extremely frustrated because I paid for 2 purses and ended up with ZERO purses. On Black Friday. Do better.

Excellent customer service from your employee Reza at the Erin Mills Mall store! Patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. Kudos well deserved!

Purchased pair of shoes, customer service was excellent by kamila, she was active in reaching out and understanding the need of customer and did exceptional job.

Horrible customer service. They push you to buy shoes and state you can return any unworn items before 60 days. When I went in to return them the next day, they told me they can't resell the shoes and can't return them because they look worn (they were brand new). Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands by their policy.

Young boy with the quite odd sandals was very helpful. The customer service was amazing. Definitely recommending this to my friends and family. Young boy at the front desk did a very good job, he’s charismatic, well mannered, and shows genuine intent to help customers to the best of his abilities. I will be visiting back and only buy shoes if the young boy is there.
