Call It Spring

The staff members are not aware about the available discounts. The website mentioned a discount for the pair I bought and when I asked about it from the lady who was in cashier (I think she is the manager), the way she responded to me was not acceptable. I felt like she got angry when I mentioned about the discount. I saw few discount boards in the store and I am suprised who kept them without informing the staff.

Very bad attitude! I baught a shoes and I wanted to return and suppose my information on their system they told me just credit store or show us the email
They did not email copy of my receipt, and now l can’t return the item because l don’t have receipt!
Very unprofessional!

The woman who was working here on Sunday, turned out to be a total liar. She had assured me of returns and exchanges even before I purchased the shoes. However, upon wearing them, I realized they were faulty and caused my feet to bleed painfully. When I approached her for an exchange or refund, she shamelessly denied my request and went as far as showcasing her own unclean feet, claiming to have faced the same issue and unable to resolve it. Considering she is a manager, her behavior is even more disappointing. I had spent $80 on this purchase, and I feel utterly devastated.

Worst pair of shoes I’ve ever bought! They started to have wholes on the sole a few weeks after wearing them! Incredibly cheap material, I even got my feet hurt! Don’t buy from them unless you want shoes that will last a couple weeks at most

As a person with a invisible disability I just met two amazing CSR's Julia and Tatiana are extremely professional and accommodating with understanding of accessibility and I highly recommend that if you go to this store and get to deal with them you are in for such a wonderful experience. I really hope head office knows how good they are.

Bad services they even not deserve one star I bought 2 bags she said you have to buy a big bag for one dollar and when I refuse she gave me the 2 bags without plastic bag she is rude has no spark of decency when she told me to go to no frills to get one or return what I purchased. OMG I never ever met a person like her.

I bought this for my wife 08/18/2018 and today is 08/21/2018. She literally wore this only for one evening walk. This morning she was showing me this. I used to have this kind of experience when i was buying shoes back in school in China. I am really disappointed that Call It Spring selling such like this product in Canada. Its a shame! I am sharing this picture because i don't want other people to have the same experiences. Don't purchase this products!
