Pull UP a chair, I’ll tell you a story. I called Karl when I wanted an market analysis of our home in Grimsby. He showed up, energy ablazin’ and I knew right away this was not your typical realtor. Instant awesomeness. This was our guy. You just knew he was going to make one of the most stressful times, super fun. Karl sold our home in less than 48hours over asking. AMEN!
