So I brought my alienware laptop to be fixed to factory setting. Got it back, it runs but all my alienware features are deleted gone. Raj even tried to install it on my laptop using anydesk. A prompt comes up saying this software that is being used is not a Dell laptop anymore. Asked him to fix. Now he his telling me I got to pay another $180 after I all ready Paid $320. He put his own software in and now I can't do anything other then go on the internet. I even gave him a tip to get home and my games crash Immediately. Now he is blaming the coding and software on me. I ain't no computer expert that why I went to him. Not professional at all

I had huge fan noise so I contacted Raj via phone and helped to analyze what was the problem. Then I went to his place to get my laptop fan replaced and also optimize my laptop. He also guided me through the phone how to get to his place that was so nice of him. He also constantly updated on status of my laptop and I recieved it at the day he mentioned it and delivered on time. My laptop is now fast and mainly 0 fan noise now. He is an expert and honest person he explains every fine detail I really loved the way he shared the information I loved it. Best laptop service I have ever had. Price was also reasonable and worth every penny. Thanks alot would love to comeback only to raj if I have any other furthermore issues or concerns. Thank you so much. BTW One more thing you can as so much questions on tech history he knows it all I loved it we enjoyed chatting about it too.:)

My partner's laptop was falling apart. I called Techelp and they were able to see me that same night.

Raj was able to provide a diagnosis just based on my description of the condition of the laptop over our call.

Once, I arrived at his home, I was a bit skeptical because is was not a physical retail location.

Raj was very personable and kind. Sure enough, when he saw the laptop, his initial thoughts about the laptop were correct.

He was able to suggest getting an external hard drive to store all my data if my data was lost or the laptop needed to be reset.

My partner needed all his data for work the following day. Raj was able to transfer all data in less than 24 hours and provide updates every few hours on the status of the teansfer.

At the time I was told that there was less than a 1 percent chance that the laptop could be repaired and be operational again.

At that point, we consider getting a new laptop. Raj recommended various laptops and locations where the cost would be cheaper.

My partner used his laptop do to video editing. Raj was able to recommend a laptop that was going to be more efficient and better for his day-to-day use. This was at no cost.

Within less than 48 hours our original laptop was repaired and fully functioning.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Good guy, tried to solve a rebooting issue my pc was having while playing games.

In the end my issue wasn't solved and it cost me $230. He put in some good time and it was a tough issue to solve. I'm not salty about the experience but, you can't rate a 5 star when I had to figure out the problem myself.

I had a laser printer that stopped printing. Raj took the time to explain the diagnosis process and educated me on why printers malfunction. Unfortunately, the printer was too expensive to fix but Raj went above and beyond and recommended printers for my usage and preference. Highly recommended and will be back for other services!

I brought my laptop to Raj since it was heating up so much without running any application that would cause this. I was quickly informed about the problem and he made sure I understood what was happening and what he will do to resolve this problem. Raj is a truthful and honest person. I went in with my HP laptop which had a broken hinge and LCD display was partially gone. He gave me honest and expert advice on what I should do. Took my desktop down to him yesterday, we had an agreed upon time but I was running a little late due to other things being help up and I had to rely on a lift to get there. Being caught up in everything I forgot to inform him and recieved a call from him semi frustrated as to why I hadn't called to give a heads up. Fair enough I thought but still, kind of rude but I brushed it away in my mind. I arrive and drop the PC at his door face to face and he accepts it.

I forgot to give him the deposit cash at first but then he reminds me as I walk away from his porch, no problem. I get back in the car and drive off home but then I get a call 5 minutes later with him saying that the side doors of the PC fell on his foot and because of this, he refuses to fix it and I should come back to pick it up right now. It's a new PC case and the doors aren't screwed on, they're magnetic. One is a glass door with a magnet attachment and a big firm handle to pull it off, the other side is a thin metal door that slides on.

Apparently, it was my fault for not informing him of this, though the thought didn't cross my mind as over the phone he says he had decades of experience with all sorts of computers, so surely he would know his way around a modern PC case, but apparently not. Anyway, I go back to pick it up and he doesn't even put the doors of the pc back together for me.

What's also questionable about this business is that he requires $80 up front, I was desperate at the time so I obliged but giving you my desktop should be enough insurance and in hindsight I shouldn't part ways with any cash until the job is done, not before, I think that's just fair honest business.

I was pretty bummed out afterwards and it sort of ruined the rest of my day,
I only recently moved to Canada a couple of weeks ago and haven't been having the best of times in my short time here and yesterday was just the icing on the cake.

Great help and honest service from Raj! I went over with a broken screen that made my laptop impossible to use due to the malfunctioning touch screen. He told me the truth about the unreliable aftermarket solutions and, considering how old my laptop is, informed me that it would be better to just get a new one. With his helpful suggestions I was able to get a high-functioning laptop at a sale price. Will definitely be going back there to set-up my new laptop.

I was having some trouble debugging some display issues with my custom built PC. I was worried that I needed to replace expensive parts but Raj's experience and knowledge reassured me that my issue was minor.

I offered payment for the consulting over the phone but I was that that was not required. Despite this, Raj was responsive and incredibly helpful.
