My cat passed away on Nov 15 and was cremated (alone) on Nov 23 and we have been waiting for a call … I called on Dec 6 to see what was going on and it took 5 mins on hold to tell my my cat are there.they didn’t even have the decency of calling me to tell me his remains are back and ready to be picked
I was visiting a cottage and needed my dog seen for an ear infection. The clinic was able to have my dog seen the next day, and I had my visit with the vet tech and a remote vet. I was really impressed with the service by the tech, and I know I was only able to get the appointment because they have the remote vet appointments in place. Thanks again, CAH. I highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a vet and away from home. This is the only vet of three I called that was willing to see a new patient.
ZERO compassion. I was refused an appointment to euthanize my senior pet (who HAS been a patient there!) because they can't find a file for him and aren't taking on "new" patients. This is honestly disgusting. You would NEVER have to deal with him again, so why is this an issue? I finally make the hardest decision of my life and am told "find someone else". I'm gutted and so disappointed with the lack of compassion.
