Got a pair of swim shorts from here for my birthday that even after being washed multiple times bled black clothing dye all over the white vinyl seats in my boat doing thousands of dollars in damage, absolute garbage clothing don't ever shop here

Really disappointed. I always used to get my cloths from CK. Last time I bought two pants, and I was so confident on this brand that even did not keep the receipt. After only one week of wearing, one of the pants started to make pilling on the fabric. I attach a picture. Only one week!

One of the staff really took her time to help me out today as I was shopping for a friend abroad. It was so nice to get this personal service. All the staff are very cordial.

Customer service was provided efficiently by each associate with a warm, friendly greeting. Prices seem to be costlier at this particular location, their specials weren't too pleasing either‍️
Clothes were scattered all over the place

I asked an assiociate to help me find a size but he went to the back and never came back. Neverthless an associate by the name Anjaile came up to me & found my size in no time! She has excellent customer service skills and procceded to cash me out. So Kind

Extremely disappointed
Staff at cashier was very rude, mannerles and illiterate. I showed my coupon which I got in email he told me that its not wortking and he said I don’t know the reason. I said I pay regular price thats fine. He was showing too much bad attitude. CK needs to provide precise training for customer service.

I was there for 15 mins and not 1 salesperson came and asked if I needed help with anything. I guess thats good for me. I walked away with my money in my pocket

Models and types and patterns are very good sports and they made models in every mold. I think it is one of the brands that I like and wear as an outfit. There are many varieties and color combinations in this store.

Good store but undisciplined and limited cashiers on counters to control load of customers. Long que for payment which takes not less than half hour that can be avoided with due attention.

I entered the location to do some shopping with my sister. During the lengthy wait time, we encountered a manager on duty consistently harass the couple behind us. Please keep in mind that this couple had a language barrier and they could barely defend themselves during her verbal attacks.

I would like to first point out that the manager was not following Covid protocols and was not maintaining her social distance while communicating with the couple. She was also constantly in their space, touching their things, only to walk herself over to several counters at the register-transferring germs.

She started off her interaction by stating that due to the amount of items that the couple were carrying, they were unable to use the 30% off. She also claimed that their transaction-due to its volume was going to be a hassle to her employees at the register. Keep in mind that her tone was raised throughout the entire interaction and she was spreading all of this information, in front of several customers lined up in a very busy cue.

She then proceeded to come back and accuse the woman of taking a size that belonged to another shopper. She demanded that they give it back and even reached around and into their space touching their things to retrieve the size in question-which was never found. She then hurled another accusation saying that the woman probably dropped it on the floor while shopping because “she was walking around creating a mess”.

Finally, the man decided to react to her tone and accusations. She told him to get out of the store.

I decided to speak up and I questioned her policy about limit on items and asked to see a physical copy of this. She didn’t seem very educated on the company policy and was not able to provide sufficient proof. I labelled her actions as unprofessional and as harassment, she then proceeded to tell me to get out of the store.

I then told her I would oblige if she gave me her name and number to head office or customer service. She refused to release this information.

As I was cashing out, she followed me to try to defend her actions, stating that the couple had the tendency to buy and re-sell- which was once again of an accusing nature, unprofessional, and too much information. I explained that If this were true- and if she had sufficient proof of this there were other professionals who could intervene- such as an LP agent or law enforcement. She then proceeded to say that she, “didn’t have time for this” - which didn’t make any sense because she admitted that she had been following the couple around for 2 hours in the store. Which shows me that she allocated a lot of time to harass them.

It became apparent that the conversation was going nowhere and was one sided-so my sister began pleading with her to allow the associate at the register to complete our transaction, because the manager had placed her hands on top of our items-and was talking in circles, which made us increasingly uncomfortable considering that we had asked her to stop several times, and she was exerting her control by forcing us to hear what she has to say by holding on to our items.

She finally left and brought over another associate who she introduced as, “The supervisor” whom I could speak to. This woman was named Kim and she was absolutely amazing and the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I explained the entire situation to Kim and she was able to understand and validate.

While Kim was in the back retrieving the information that I had asked for to make an informed call - the manager decided to focus her attention on me once again and follow me around, insinuating that I should apologize and that people were saying I shouldn’t have gotten involved. Kim thankfully intervened and asked her to leave several times, before she obliged.

All in all, I have never encountered an individual such as this. She did a horrible job representing the company and she was setting a horrible example for her associates. If the couple were indeed guilty of her accusations, this manager dealt with the situation very poorly.

Very disappointed in yesterdays customer service. Not the 1st time this has happened at this store. Found a pair of jeans but not in my size. When asked for support was told my size was not available, even though no effort was made to look. Purchased smaller size but when I tried it on at home it was not comfortable. Returned today and with no effort at all new sales person quickly found size in store. No clothing shipment was received overnight. Love the store, love the clothes and most of the staff are excellent. Giving it 2 stars based on 2nd poor customer service experience.

^As for Calvin Klein: It is a modern institution in the fashion world. With timeless designs, vast selections, reasonable pricing, and good quality, this place is most certainly worthy of note.

Tried exchanging a pair of shorts (that was never worn) and the cashier was incredibly rude about it and was giving me attitude.

The discounts are incredible. And because I am a nurse, I got an extra 20% off. I love the quality of Calvin Klein clothings.

Ref number for 28422, Unfriendly and rude attitude. I came with my friend and we both had one item. All I asked her was a separate bill and she gave me the most unfriendly look with her eyes (rolling eyes). I don’t get why when we lined up. Do I deserve this kind of treatment during this recession and pandemic?

Reasonable prices. But huge line at checkout. Was there on Saturday afternoon - there were over 40 people at checkout line and only 3 cashiers.

I bought a 3M reflective coat to make sure next time I come in (if I even do), employees will know I exist.

The Best place to buy all clothing pants shirts everything personally my favorite place as I have been buying from this store and never had any complaints fitting is perfect

I bought a Bra from CK store on 16 november 2019. In the very first wash, all of its stitching torned and bra not in wearable condition. Very dispointed.

My brother's favorite place to but men's shirts. If you love extra slim fit that is of good quality it's the place go. Currently they have 60% off so it's a good time get a quality item at the fraction of the cost.

Was calling in just to ask if they have a size in a jacket that I bought a week before. All they had to do was say yes or no which was apparently way too difficult for them. Waited on the call for 35 minutes and 49 seconds, talked to 3 workers, only to be put on hold. AGAIN. Finally, the phone cut off, i called again because no way was I going to just waste my time for nothing. So I called back, told the lady what I wanted only to get a flat out rude "no" was this too hard to say before? Annoyed.

Very expensive clothes for what you get. No sales people around to help you and not enough staff at the checkout.

I purchased so many items from this place in the past but no more for sure.i wanted to exchange a tshirt that was sold with a damage and one that is a little large, and both items have never been used. They refused to give me an exchange for those items, as a result i left the one with damage in the store saying that is my donation to calvin klein) i am sure none of you would care losing a customer who purchased at least 10k products in last 5 years.

Love shoping in this location, the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help.
The management of this location should be commended at instilling great customer service.

Calvin Klein was a great store they had a good variety on sale unfortunately I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for but I highly recommend the store the products are very good.

Well it's a franchise.they all be almost the same. But I like Calvin Klein clothes, well especially the underwear. They are comfortable and somewhat affordable. They also have a sale times to times so better check it out. The staff didn't help me much I had to search for the size by myself.sometimes it can be hectic but overall it was a good experience!

The underwear section for women is A W FU L!

It is such a MESS, never organized. Every time I come in (which is frequent) it is always a disaster.

Sizes are all misplaced, and you have to hunt a store employee down (they’re never around) to help you find the size and style you’re looking for because they keep bags and bags full of underwear in the locked drawers. When you ask for them to look in the drawers they get upset.like wow sorry for asking you to do your job lol.

It’s so infuriating having to search through the messy tables to find what you need. It’s a pile of different sizes and styles, looks like a pig stye. Can never find what your looking for.

Also, there is rarely a change in shipments, all the underwear are the same colours they sold 3+ months ago. So if you want the same style, you have to get multiple underwear of the same colour.

It sucks here! Staff is super rude and don’t like doing their job/helping customers.

Also, some associates should be assigned to keeping the underwear section under control and organized. Can’t stress this enough. Must be poorly managed.

Very clean and friendly staff. Well organized and easy to shop. I love the fact they have my tall, skinny size available.

Pretty decent discounts anything you could possibly want in the Calvin Klein department. Still some pricy items though (thin wind breaker $369)
