I just took my cats for a general check-up, and the staff explained everything they did and what it meant. It was our first time there cuz we just moved to town, and they asked about all the medical records in order to make an accurate assessment. The city prices seem slightly higher than what I used to pay, but the vet seems much more knowledgeable than our previous vet. Thumbs up!

Brought my senior cat, Mocha, in for a checkup recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the process very easy. My cat is NOT a fan of leaving the house, she gets very anxious. As soon as the vet came in Mocha warmed up to her immediately. The vet answered all my questions and was super sweet with Mocha. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

Appreciation for my long standing relationship with Shannon! She has always provided the information and support I need through good and very bad times.

I have been visiting Cambrian Animal Hospital since they were in same building as Sudbury SPCA…. Many years, over 40. They treat my pets and I with care and compassion. They understand this precious relationship. I trust them…that is saying a lot and saying everything!

We have been going to Cambrian Animal Hospital for several years now. My dogs do get somewhat anxious but only because dogs have such a keen sense of smell they can smell other pets that go there also. Staff is always very friendly and courteous. Dr. Mary is wonderful! She listens she asks questions and she takes the time to explain what's going on with our babies. This was my first time meeting her and I am so happy she's joined the team. We see her again in September for my girls wellness check. I highly recommend Cambrian you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service, the doctor was very thorough and made sure I understood everything happening to my pet, we came up with a wellness plan together and are hopeful for the future, all staff were wonderful and treated us like family!

They have been great for the most part. I just had a negative experience with my cat being spayed recently. She came home with all her paw nail’s bleeding because whoever cut her nails during surgery cut it way too short. They seriously need to learn to cut nails better it’s not that hard. It’s very easy to see where their pink part of the nail is. There was no reason for my cat to be bleeding from ALL her paw nails as if someone blind had cut them. Other than that everything else has been great. I just found that very unprofessional. They need to teach whoever cut the nails to do a better job. It’s already hard to see ur baby in pain from the spay but also have to deal with them bleeding out from their nails too. Please do better.

Excellent vet, highly recommend! Dr. Sara and her team are so good with my nervous dog. The office is also very efficient and the staff always remember details about my dog and her needs. They're a wonderful support system for a pet owner.

I am very dispirited. The night before my dogs teeth cleaning surgery I received an email to inform me my quote had doubled. The manager told me it was general procedure and nothing could be done other than for me to cancel my appointment. In my opinion this is a example of deplorable customer service. My appointment had been set three months prior.

Cambrian Animal Hospital is an amazing place to bring your pets. The staff and very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Sarah is incredible and took care amazing care of my two dogs & 11 puppies, definitely treated them like they were her own! Would definitely recommend!

These folks are awesome. The staff and Docter Bowyer (Murphy) are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind! The Dr.sits right down on floor with my huge dog during the whole appointment, and took the time to answer all of my questions.and I have many! We need more human doctors like this!

Vet was able to fit us in. Answered ALL of our concerns in just 1 visit and spent time with us not pushing us out the door! Knowledge is power and we knew what to do to help our dog by the time we left.

I wish there were more options in the Sudbury area for different vets. I understand that Cambrian has taken on an extreme amount of new patients recently. And I can empathize with the fact that there are other people to take into consideration when booking appointments. But waiting over a month for an appointment to have our cat looked at for a serious emergency is by no means reasonable. And then to be given an alternative to go to the Walden Animal Hospital for emergencies where I was quoted 495$ to walk into their facility not even receiving a bill for the exam fee or medications. That was an utter joke! If you can’t take care of your own patients with 2 veterinarians then why on earth would you take on any more!
As for service. My boyfriend was given a urine sample for our cat. A jar. That was it. He came home and handed me this jar. He was given no instruction. How was I supposed to retrieve and export a urine sample with a single jar for a cat.
He brought our cat in 10 minutes early to the appointment. Was greeted rudely. Asking what do you need. He explained he was here for an appointment. She sent him to a room to wait.
As for Dr. Marie. She was wonderful. She answered all of our questions. Very insightful and informative. She apologized for the lack of help at the front desk. Got him the proper urine sample for a cat. Jar, non absorbable kitty litter, and a syringe. Something that was absolutely possible to use to collect a urine sample from a cat. She also was able to apologize for the lack of availability due to high demand in patients. And I sympathize with her as it is only her and another veterinarian.
I just hope something changes at Cambrian. As you have 2 over worked vets. And more patients than any 2 vets should be responsible for in such an area.

We had to go to Cambrian for emergency surgery on the weekend. They were incredible, friendly, compassionate and did a great job getting our dog back on her feet. Thank you to the staff on a long weekend.

Just brought our fur baby for her first visit here as our previous vet just retired. What a wonderful environment for our girl. Staff were super friendly and patient with all our questions. Place was extremely clean with a nice friendly atmosphere. Our cat remained relaxed throughout her visit and we really could not be happier with the whole thing. Thank you so much, you have wonderful staff!

Always friendly staff, will help with recommendations when appointments aren’t available right away. Veterinarians are always thorough and kind. So glad our pug Koda is followed by them!

Doctor Marie is FABULOUS! We were concerned when our vet retired. But she referred us to Doctor Marie and it's easy to see why. She was thourough and professional. It's easy to see that she loves our babies almost as much as we do.

Took my dog in to this hospital on emergency. Other than the stress of the emergency situation, every step of dealing with Cambrian was excellent. They responded to my call immediately, they scheduled my dog in quickly and they were so nice throughout the whole experience. Special thanks to Dr. Sarah and Shannon - they made the best of a bad situation. Highly recommend!

The staff are all very professional and kind. I've been taking my pets here for over 6 years and haven't had an issue with communication or treatments given.
Even when I have called worried about something with my pet, they are willing to help me out and tell me what steps I should take next.

Emergency visit for my 17 yr. Old cocker /poodle.
I felt the vet and the tech extremely respective of her injury, her age, her well being.
I did not in any way feel they were selling me on unnecessary care.

We saw Dr. Tim and Shannon this weekend on emergency and they were wonderful with us and our dog. Even though we couldn't go into the hospital because of COVID, they made us feel confident that our pet was getting the best care. Dr. Tim took the time to answer all of our questions and Shannon was so compassionate. Thank you for taking such great care of our pup!

Friendly staff. Vets have always answered my questions and checked out any concerns I've mentioned. Ppl in front very caring and kind. I find that the pricing used to be much better. Until my last visit they have always trimmed my dogs nails during the exam. Last visit they told me it was around $40 plus tax. (Not sure of exact price but definitely remember it was nearly $50 with tax). I told her its about 15-18 elsewhere and this is triple while dog is already in there anyhow. She readily agreed but said thats the price on top of the exam (which had increased in price significantly to begin with) so I should just have it done elsewhere. Left a sour taste in my mouth as I've been there for yrs. I'm not saying they aren't good vets. I'm just saying that nearly $50 for a nail trim is very unfair and just tell ppl u don't do it if u don't want to be bothered instead of insulting ppl by charging exorbitant prices. Well wishes to everyone and their pets.:)
