Alot has changed over the years. Recently purchased 2 used vehicles and traded in 1. Helpful staff, friendly staff, fair prices, however, the price offered on trade in dropped by 1000 after 1 week, basically claiming my spouse misunderstood, then trade in is up for sale for double the price (I understand that's how business works, but shady). Was told the vehicles would be serviced and cleaned, and that was barely done if at all. No fluids topped up, lots of dirt still in vehicle, paint on the visor not even remotely close to being removed, stains on the trim around doors. I brought my other vehicle there to be looked at, was told there'd be no charge, was charged 170 dollars to tell me exactly what I already knew. Went in for a sync update, no update done. Very disappointed in the quality of services rendered. Still better than most dealerships in town, but have fallen greatly. Will think twice when I need to get a new vehicle.
Had an issue with another Ford dealer, spoke with Paul the shop foreman and he was more than happy to lend his expertise regarding my experience with issues regarding another dealer. He was understand, polite and honest regarding my issues and how I should and could go about resolving them. I believe he is a true ambassador of the Ford brand as I was so embarrassed by the service received at another dealer I never considered buying another Ford. He had taken the time to discuss and educate me on the process and also listened to my issues in attempt to resolve them, thanks to him I am able to better understand my problem and now can confront it with confidence with the knowledge gained from our discussions.
Have only been for services on my vehicle and I can say the experience is nice. The staff is helpful and if needed they have shuttles so you don't need to wait at the dealership.
The waiting area in the dealership is ok, there is a coffee/tea machine and there are some comfy couches and chairs with a TV.
Called to schedule appointment to have fluids replaced, spoke to Brenda Lee who proceeded to argue with me that my vehicle didn’t need it and that she knew better than I did (not her vehicle not her money) she spoke down to me because I wanted to do early maintenance saying she knew better than me not knowing my background whatsoever. Worst experience I have ever had with a service advisor who thinks she knows more than she really does and no more than what the script says in front of her. Do yourself a favour, avoid this place if this is the caliber of employees they have on the front line.
Smooth all the way through my purchase of an Explorer XLT, John Myers was my sales guy, easy going and cool, thanks John. Service so far has been top notch. No complaints yet lol. Thank Cambrian and John.
The worst service ever. They gave me back my vehicle with a stone dead battery and trying to make me pay for it. It took a few hours but they finally came good but not without a battle first.
Our entire buying experience was smooth and straightforward. Our salesperson was Randy and he was excellent. Randy answered all our inquiries and emails very quickly and was very detailed with his responses. When we came to pick up the vehicle Randy guided us through every step of the process and showed us all the features of the Mach-E. He spent a great deal of time with us and was very patient. I highly recommend this Dealership and Randy in particular if you are buying a Ford in the Sudbury area.
Recently purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from this dealership and enjoyed my experience. My salesman (John Myers) was informative, honest and transparent the entire time. As this was my first buying new experience, I was expecting to be taken for a ride. I ended up getting the vehicle that I wanted, at MSRP (Bronco's are very rare and bad dealers exist) with no fluff added on top. I did have a few issues afterwards since it was a new model launch, but they were fixed immediately.
All in all, very happy with the service I've received and highly recommend both this dealership and salesman to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Tell John about this referral and I have no doubt he'll take care of you the same way he did with me.
Takes an entire day for an oil change, service people don't call when they say they will and then they call you a liar and charge you for obvious warranty work. I will never own a ford again.
Im from Quebec visiting some relatives. My 2020 Ford Ranger air conditioning stopped for whatever reasons.they fixed my truxk and put oil. Very, no extremely good service, wish I would of bought my truck there instead in Quebec.next time! Thanks to the driver who came and got me, nice guy and Shannon for taking good care of my truck.
If I could give a negative score, I would. This is the worst service I have ever had with a car dealership, and unfortunately, it isn't a 1 time thing. Every time I go there I experience their astoundingly atrocious service; from them not knowing where the truck or keys are, not even fixing what it went in for, to 'fixing' it and I drive off their lot with the same issue. Getting ahold of anyone other than their receptionist is impossible. I've booked appointment times and have been told I need to leave it all day. I will never return here for anything; service or sales, as the owner didn't even seem to care when we happened upon him one day in the lot and expressed our repeated frustration.
First time service customer at Cambrian and despite not purchasing the vehicle there they treated me like a VIP! Despite a very busy week Brenda Lee was very empathic with my urgent service requirements and escalated my appointment. The service advisor Steve Ethier treated me very well at drop off and pick up and my vehicle was even ready hours earlier than expected. Even the shuttle driver was very nice. They have won a new customer for life!
Horrible. Make sure you do not need an oil change because it is a huge inconvenience to the person answering the phone. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Would not buy or get anything serviced here.
Wouldn't tell anyone to purchase from this place. 42,000$ vehicle sold with no antifreeze in it. Battery in key after 30 days is low and needs to be replaced. Will be taking it to Belanger for up keep, will never deal with Cambrian BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. But I love my ford
Service department went above and beyond to help me when I had a breakdown mid vacation. Paul and his mechanic, Kyle, saved the day, and our vacation. Would highly recommend Cambrian's service department.
Visited the parts department then service department. Reason for my visit I needed a drivers wiper blade. Staff was terrific at both departments and tech Jennifer was great. She even showed me how to install it so next time I should be able to do that type of wiper myself. Thank you Cambrian Ford for all you do.
I dont recommend having a vehicle serviced there. The management has absolutely no commitment. I requested an inpsection on my truck to see if it was worth the repair costs. Spent $3500 to repair and the truck lasted 6hrs before the oil leaked out and took out engine. After several calls, promises for returns calls i got nothing. Please note that i have purchased 9 fleet vehicles from this group and this is how they treated me. Just imagine how they would treat you if you only purchased 1.
The service department over books. They don't give themselves a buffer so if one job takes longer, the next person in-line gets put out. The people booking the appointments have to understand that all jobs require planning. It's not just about bookings. Make sure all the parts required are available, give a buffer and don't over book. Customer service is everything and without it people wont buy your product.
I have bought two trucks from this dealership all I can say is that they have outstanding service department and sales. I would highly recommend this dealership if you looking for a new Ford and definitely go see Randy Godden by far the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with.
Wanted to share a great experience I had with Rudi at Cambrian Ford. We had a car that was not driveable because of a bad wheel bearing. When we brought it in last week, the dealership told us they were really swamped and suggested we come back in 2 weeks. That put us in a bind since we had to leave on a long distance trip this weekend. I came in and talked to Rudi this morning to see if they could squeeze us in. He didn't promise anything but 6 hours later he calls and says the car is fixed.and no charge.since it is something they had worked on a few months back. Thank you Rudi for helping us out of a jam and for being an all around nice guy.
Buyer beware your trade in could be worth up to 4 thousand more at any other dealership. Sales management terrible to deal with. Bought 3 trucks here but learned my lesson. Will not and did not buy here. (Bob Akkanen)
Most brutal service in a lifetime of dealing with service vans with fleet cards. Thxs for not upholding your end of a simple appointment made, van dropped of at 730 am and when I finally cant wait for my call back at 300 PM I arrive and nobody even touched my keys which couldn't be found. Top notch.
They are great Shannon is great at the service department easy people to talk to they are just mint over there they changed the thermostat and and fuel Sensor and they gave us a rental while it was getting fixed and if anybody wants a nice smooth ride you got to try the Flex it’s ugly outside but nice inside almost no blind spots in there and the headlights are awesome can see far on each side of the highway that’s the best headlights I ever seen on any car thanks Cambrian ford
They had the car all day, didn't update me on any of the issues I was bringing it in for, nor gave me a heads up that some of the work requested would cost as it was not covered. Not to mention they also never looked at a few things that I had asked about. The bags on the tires were really dirty and left greasy dirt in the back of the car. I started to deal with Cambrian as Belanger was just a joke. Looks like the joke is on me now. Got a car that I had only a few month and is falling apart yet is under warranty and has a service plan but they won't fix it.
Wow to try and deal with the bad review they call me and keep repeating them same info cutting me off when trying to explain my dissatisfaction. Really big mistake dealing with them
