Terrible experience ever! Heartless staff, took my paper and told me I’ll get call in few days to get an appointment date, after weeks passed by I was told they have no record of my paperwork, somehow they asked my family doctor to resend my paperwork, after my stress test and other tests, again after many weeks they sent nothing to my doc’s office, it’s been 24 hours now my doctors faxed to release my information and no update. Very sad and frustrating experience

I have been to a couple Cardiac Rehab.centers in Ontario and this one is by far the best! Great staff, very organized and informative and they have genuine concern for their patients!

I am so grateful for the opportunity and extra help from all of the staff here. The receptionists are kind and gentle with me and take time to explain. I am so grateful to Victoria and Shantel they too explain what I need to know to help heal myself. I am grateful that mostly when I come to class I have the privilege to speak with Dr Pandey and if he is busy the another Doctor. After a heart failure backin june 2022 I was referred to CCCC and have been there since. The rehab staff and all the nurses, etc have been the most pleasant and helpful. I am happy that I was referred there and am making great progress. They keep a close eye on my heart health and greatful for that. Thanks to all the staff there for your cheerful help

Been going to the Exerecise Therapy classes for six months nowcand found all staff helpful, knowledgeable, very polite and pleasant to deal with.

Terrible Service, You will be scheduled an appointment for a specific time. You will show up on time for your appointment and then will be sitting there for 30minutes to an hour after the time of your appointment. They will also change your appointment time without informing you.also after not informing you that they changed your appointment they will charge you $50 + hst. Again terrible service

My 85 yr old father was referred to CCC for congestive heart issues that started back in February. Waited several weeks and got a requisition for blood work which he did promptly. Had an appointment to get a blood pressure monitor. He arrived for said appointment to be told it had been cancelled but the office staff "forgot to call him". Apparently, this appointment conflicted with Dr Pandey's 'healthy heart day'. Another appointment booked but a month later! He got the monitor and had an appointment for follow up last week. He arrived to a locked office. Called the office next business day and was told his appointment had been cancelled and, once again, they had not called him. They wanted him to wait until end of June for follow up! He fought back and got a phone appointment for next week. His GP intervened and got an in person appointment. This is an elderly man with a history of heart issues including open heart surgery a few years ago. How can this office condone such blatant disregard for their patients? These are not minor health issues but potentially life and death health problems. I am sure the added frustration in dealing with the incompetence of the office staff is only exacerbating his problem. I would love to see Dr Pandey show as much interest in his patients as he does his 'celebrity'.

Terrible experience with the doctor there. We booked an echo cardiogram for my 2 year old daughter and he was extremely unprepared to deal with a toddler and impatient. My daughter wouldn't stop crying because of the way he initiated and tried to rush things. He did not ask us questions on how to best get her to be calm and ease her into it. As soon as we walked in the room, he said "oh this age is difficult, it's going to be difficult". So he basically set the whole appointment up for failure. Now we have to likely wait an additional 6 MONTHS for an appointment because of this incompetence. Doctors should be trained on how to deal with children of a certain age, otherwise they should not offer services for them.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm sorry to say the staff doesn't know how to do their job. On reporting to supervisor, instead of investigating or handling the situation properly, she started accusing me.

The facility is not for seniors or wheel chair bound people although most patients are seniors; NO auto open buttons installed at restroom door or the examination rooms.

After examining / testing the staff left my mother in law, who can't speak or understand english, outside in the waiting area for long and did not even bothered to give me call although having my contact number.

The staff is just making sure everyone should be covering there face with a mask but don't care about anything including there duties and obligations towards patients.

Amazing place it's practically planned and staff is great, doctors are very professional yet ready to listen and caring like family. I give a 5 star being there was a amazing experience.

I think Dr. Pandey's Cardiac Rehab Clinic is responsible for putting me back on a better path after my heart attack. The Staff is so helpful, efficient and well. ……. Just an amazing team. They show incredible empathy and understanding throughout the education classes and exercise programs. Dr. Pandey is a knowledgeable reassuring influence in my recovery. Michelle Pandey is an amazing Pharmacist that truly helped me with understanding the purpose and importance of my medications. Thanks to Nicolas Serafini and Thomas Simon, for their continuous hard work throughout the 3 months of exercise classes.

I just left the place Sep 29th 2018 dropping my dad's monitor. Worst staff and worst organization they treat people like herds. I can't believe someone with a medicine degree lack the ability or the sense of organization or the competence to hire decent staff or even humans! Bad bad bad all money grab! Remember the order u came in! Who does that!

I love everything about this clinic. It's the busiest clinic I have ever seen but it runs like a fine engine. Smooth. I love the cardiac exercise classes I take. Nick and Thomas are the best. So encouraging and kind. Dr. Pandey is always there to keep an eye on things. He always takes time to answer your questions. This clinic just works. We are so lucky to have it in our city and there is an obvious need for it. Keep up the good works guys. You Rock!
