New, very bright and clean office. The dentist and hygienist always run on time. Staff are all very friendly. I would highly recommend Cambridge Centre Dental Care.

I want to express my most significant appreciation to our family dental center—especially the operation on my son with special needs last Sunday during the snowstorm.
We truly appreciate Dr. Al-Qadhi's (anesthesiologist) patience and care during the sedation. And how quick and prudent Dr. Handi was during the dental procedures, with the help of Nurse Janet, Robina and Vivian assisting during the operation.
And a shout-out to Cherryl and Evelyn for the excellent accommodation and friendly hospitality to my wife and me while in the waiting area.

It was a great team effort.

Today i had to have a wisdom tooth pulled due to it causing me pain. Dr marwan was kind. Patient and very gentle while doing the procedure. Definitely the best dentist ive had and will definitely keep going there and taking my 3 year old there as well.thank you cambridge centre dental for everything!

We had been referred to Cambridge Centre Dental Care previously because my son is scared of the dentist, and is barely able to sit still or willing to open his mouth in the dentists chair.
They are a wonderful and understanding team who are very good with children.

They explained everything to me in a way I understood.

I do not live in Cambridge but they are well worth the drive, and I am very thankful with all of their help regarding my son.

Everyone is very friendly. Hygienist was great. Only issue I have is that the last 2 visits my dentist has not come in once to check my teeth or they have not done xrays. Not once has anything been said. Also cost of cleaning is ridiculous. I may not be able to come twice a year anymore. I am a senior on a fixed income.

It was very easy to book an appointment within the week. Staff were super friendly. I went in to get an assessment on a damaged molar but the doctor was able to repair it in the same appointment. I have a low pain tolerance and big fear of medical procedures. The Doctor and the assistant were understanding and patient. They made me feel safe and confident. My favourite part is that they took before and after photos, very cool!

Yesterday was my daughter’s sedation appointment. Clinic staff did great job and helped a lot. They were very nice as my daughter was scared but they handled her very well. We had the best experience.

The dental hygienists were very patient with my three children. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care. The dentist was also kind and had great interactions with the children. The ladies in reception were also very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I love taking my family to Cambridge Dental Care, and I always recommend them.

Didn't help with pain after root canal with bad infection. During procedure, they burned my lip with a blow torched rod. I've been going here for 7 year's and it's my first bad experience.

Dr. A larvae and His assistance makes me comfortable and calm during my 2 teeth extraction! The place is neat and clean! The staff are great, approachable and friendly! My overall experience is the best for all the dentist and staff! Except of the cost of extraction! Since we dont have dental insurance my overall expense cost me $150 for examination and diagnoses and the extraction cost me $584! So overall i spent $734! How could an ordinary housewife can afford to pay such cost! What is happening now in Canada?

Excellent experience they are truly the kindest dentists. They have been taking care of my daughter since she first cut her teeth. Always caring and prompt in responding to her needs. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

They did an excellent job making my son very comfortable during the appointment. They are diligent and kind. My son has ADHD and is very scared of the dentist, but they made it fun and engaging. Recommend!

Dr. Marwan and Dr. Marc are two of the best dentists I came across throughout my stay in Ontario. Their dental implants and cosmetic dentistry knowledge is second to none. This is by far one of the most hygienic, professional, and thorough dental teams that I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

This is a very busy office, but I know why.
I took my daughter here who is high special needs.
They were absolutely amazing with her and with me as well. They communicated what they were going to do and what would be involved. I felt comfortable and confident in them through the whole process. They made my daughter comfortable and did a great job with her teeth. I give them 10 stars best experience ever at a dental office.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO HERE. I went to get a simple chipped tooth fixed and the dentist did PERMANENT damage to my teeth. The dentist drilled off far too much of my teeth and has caused me permanent damage. When I went back to meet with the owner he got extremely belligerent with me and basically called me a liar and accepted no fault. Stay away from this place!

Best dentist ive ever had. 3 crowns 2 implants almost painless. Works with finances and fights insurance.great hrs will make time for emergencies.im a long hauler truck driver.its hard to schedule appointments on my type if work. They help and work with me.

I have been there many times and it always felt like a family. Staff are very nice and care about me every time I go there. Dr Mustafa and Massy have a beautiful personality they always been there for me. They gave me all steps I need in order to fix my teeth and I was happy every time I left that place.

I will never go back to this place.
I was there before 4 months to extract the wisdom tooth and the doctor checked me and he told me to extract another damaged tooth but decided to do it later. So yesterday I called to took appointment for the extraction they told me you will come and we will see, I came back to do the extraction of that tooth and they charged me 140 just for checkup! When I spoke to the doctor, she told me this cannot be fixed, we will extract it, (And I know this because at first I came to take it off). Ok so she started to put an anesthesia, but I was surprised by the work she did at the beginning of the extraction, the tooth was scattered, and when I asked her, she said because there is a lot of caries, then i was surprised by another doctor to extract the tooth.
Finally they charged me for checkup and extraction. They just look for money

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Not only did they get me an appointment very quickly, but when my wisdom teeth had to come out, the staff were amazing. Sylvia and Dr. Rashid were so so so friendly and very professional. I was super nervous, but they did everything to make sure I was comfortable! Sylvia even held my hand during the procedure when I was nervous. They walked me through the whole thing and the admin staff made sure I had all my papers and knew what to do for submitting to insurance. It is so clear here how much the staff cares for the patients. The doctors, assistants, administration, everyone was so friendly and super helpful. I had only had a couple of appointments but the staff knew me by name! They really go the extra mile and take the time for each patient, no matter how busy they are. Dental procedures can be scary, but everyone here made it so much better, and I had a really positive experience! Highly recommend Cambridge center dental!

My experience with this dental office has been steller. I lost a front tooth, and within days i was booked in for an appointment. The dentist was extremely thorough, and shared the pro's and con's to help me decide which approach to take. They offered assistance with stretching my payments, and when the work was done, I felt no pain, and was treated extremely well.i would recommend this location to all.

I like the people here they are nice and respectful but I have had bad experiences with some of the doctors. I strongly recommend Dr. Harper she is awesome and by far the best I've had.

Horrible experience with my daughter who has severe anxiety! Dr. Rashid was the dentist who was giving her fillings and told her if the freezing wasn't enough to signal with her hand. My daughter signaled a couple times to indicate the freezing wasn't working & the dentist & dental hygienist physically pushed her hand away. She was scarred from dentists after this horrible experience. After I complained to the front desk they told me Dr. Rashid would call me to follow up & never did. Totally unacceptable & will never return!

Do not bring your children to this dentist office! I repeat, do not! My son had 2 baby root canals done here which were hack jobs resulting in him needing to have the one redone and then eventually pulled after getting a bad infection, and the other we skiped right to just having pulled. This was the worse most tramautic experience for not only my child but myself. The dentist we saw was very obviously in a hurry and when giving my child the freezing, did not ensure they gave enough. Nor did she even wait for the freezing to set before proceeding to rip his molar out. And while my child laid there screaming from the pain because he could feel everything, I had to yell at the dentist and her assistant to stop, which neither of them tried to do. Instead they ignored me and repeated "it's almost out it almost out" while my child shook in pain and cried. Also while telling me that this was normal and she could not give him more freezing for fear of overdosing him. I would like to note that he had the first messed up molar pulled here and the experience was 100% different (he did have a different dentist this time). My child had enough freezing and time to freeze that he did not even blink an eye while they pulled it. The dentist this time around had completely ruined all dentists for my son, who actually loved going to the dentist. He is afraid for his siblings to even go and it still makes me cry as his parent thinking of what he experienced that day. Worst dentist I have ever been too. EVER.

I visited this clinic as I needed emergency attention and they were the only ones with a same-day slot available. It was not a very pleasant experience. First I didnt quite appreciate the receptionist trying to guess where I was from (I believe this kind of small talks is irrelevant in emergency situations.). Also they kept trying to make me book uneeded treatments and when paying they just asked me to insert my card without saying how much I will be charged or any kind of explanation. It all felt very money oriented. Last but not least they refused to take my student insurances into account and made me pay my treatment (they are part of the dentist network my insurance advises us to visit in order to get additional coverage. It obviously was not the case here, to say the least).

The Cambridge Centre Dental Care team is very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain everything to me regarding the procedures. I am very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

This is a great clinic. I genuinely enjoy going there even though it is a dental appointment and the staff seems lovely and friendly. Massy is a sweetheart and so gentile, always cautious and considerate on how I am doing during my procedure.

I have been a patient of this clinic for a while now and still to this day I'm treated with care, love and honesty. Very knowledgeable staff and a great experience everytime. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. Walked in no appointment (even though it really helps them to be effective) but very welcoming to me and my wife. Discussed our issues (i needed a tooth pulled) and our options. Also happened to be REALLY fast lol. I was consulted, fixed up and out the door in less than half an hour. I will happily recommend this dentist to anyone. Even fair and help out those without benefits/insurance making it actually affordable. Thank you so much everyone who solved a problem ive had for years and barely broke a sweat. Well done:)

I visited this clinic for a second opinion on a root canal that was recommended by my previous dentist clinic, but after visiting Dr. Rashid I was informed that I didn’t need a root canal and only needed a filling. 2 years later and I am still very happy with my filling and quite happy with my decision changing dentist clinics.

Honestly the best clinic I’ve been too. They seemed so genuine and even enrolled my son for a government dental program to cover costs. I am so grateful thank you!

Dentist are awesome but receptionist horrible I confirm my appointment a week before my appointment then they call me everyday to day to confirm the appointments. I dont like the dentist so them calling me to remind me I end up canceling due to my fear of dentist.

I have unfortunately been to a couple dentists now since moving to Cambridge and I have to say that Cambridge Centre Dental has treated me and my family with the utmost respect and kindness. I cannot say that for the other two I have been two. The Cambridge Centre Dental staff are top notch and very very kind. The dentists and dental hygienists are very knowledgeable and are also very patient. Excellent place for kids to go. Plus they are always helpful whenever I call with a question. I highly recommend this dentistry and give it 5 stars.

I was switching dentists just recently and now I won’t be, because the lady at the front desk who takes the calls as of thursday feb 21 she was really rude so unprofessional couldn’t even cancel with out getting yelled at. And I got an email that wasn’t sent 48 hrs before my appointment
