There’s this guy named Jacob Ferrie, he’s really passionate and made our 2nd experience buying a new car at Cambridge center Honda infinitely better than the first (without him). He explained the car perfectly. He knows it inside and out.

He posted a video on YouTube about direct injection noise on the 2024 CRV… I was about to take it in and he saved me the time

He sent a nice thank you video after purchase

He doesn’t ditch you and forget about you after the sale like other dealers, he stays in touch and makes sure you’re satisfied

Warm and patient service. Took it to two mechanics first for $1200 and the problem still persisted, so thank you to Jordan and the rest of the team for the comprehensive fix. My van is running great again.

Was waiting for an appointment for over a month, called to confirm couple of days ahead, but when I finally arrived, it appeared that the necessary part is NOT there. Left a message to service manager, he NEVER called back. Worst service I've experienced in decades.

We have a lot of dealers in Ontario but main focus for everyone is service and communication. This is highly recommended. I had great experience with Cambridge Honda specially with Mark in sales provided best services by answering all question, provided demo and information infect he helped in all ways in trade in my old car. I really appreciate.

Also, While picking a car, we were very happy as Jacob explained all features very calmly and not in rush.

Customer service is good but always take a long time for even small service like tire swap (more than 2 hours). Looks like they don't have enough equipments to manage the appointments. Should improve the customer wait time.

Over two hours for a scheduled tire changeover (on rims!) The service department either overbooks themselves or deprioritizes scheduled work. Expect a LONG wait, even with an appointment. While waiting for service, I watched the sales reps play ping pong in the show room and blow off the customers that approached them for help.
After over two hours of waiting for what should be a 20-min scheduled service they said the car was ready to go…. But had forgotten to load the tires into the car. What a joke.
Poorly run location all around. Don’t show up for sales or servicing!

Her smile, kindness and profesionalizam help me deside to purhase perfect vehicle. Cambridge Center Honda give me competitive price for my trade in. Many dealership in the area and outside area charging admin fee. There was no admin fee at Cambridge Center Honda. If you are looking for used or new Honda vehicle i strongly recommend Vanessa. I have always had pleasant experiences with the Cambridge Honda team but my respect for them grew tenfold this morning.

I came in for a normal oil change and winter tire swap to encounter a woman SCREAMING at the front desk because a technician unplugged her dash cam while he was working on her car. Her reasoning was that he had no right to unplug it because it is her property and it is on for her safety. I had an 830am appointment so I imagine she was the first person in the door that day. Over an hour later, after screaming at the manager (so loud you could still hear her in the lobby) and she was still stomping around the dealership.

I was absolutely horrified this woman was treating the staff so poorly, but the team handled her extremely rude behaviour like absolute pros. John at the front desk deserves a raise!

I had a amazing experience here. From walking in and meeting Kevin who was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted and was very informative. Kevin answered all my questions responded to all my texts so quickly. Then in finance we had Tony, Tony was very helpful and extremely timely in responding to anything I needed. To the day I picked up my new car Kevin went over everything with me he prob spent about 45 min with me, he sent me all the info I needed. Cambridge honda was the best choice I made to buy my new car:) 100 percent recommend and will be returning.

This was my first experience getting a new car and the team at Honda made me feel comfortable and happy! Mol, answered all my husband and my questions with so much detail and knowledge! I’m loving my new vehicle and the entire experience that could of extremely stressful was made exciting and fun!

I’d give it zero stars if i could. Went for just an oil change last year, waited for over 1.5 hours and they still messed up my car
They charged me $86 for an oil change and car wash (which i never asked for). Plus my car started making weird noises when i would go over a bump. It was like some part is touching the road. Got it checked by a mechanic and he asked me who did my oil change.
These guys opened a part on my car and didn’t bother to close it up properly so it was hanging at the bottom and touching the road which is a big safety hazard.
The mechanic must really be a lazy one who serviced my car.

Contacted the Cambridge dealership where we bought our van from a few years ago to inquire how much we had left to pay down. Left a voicemail and Tony Recine in the Finances department responded immediately and got me an answer within the hour! A few months ago I purchased a used Honda Accord from Cambridge Honda, in which I paid full asking price. After 4000km's one of the new tires that were installed developed a golf ball sized defect in the sidewall. At this time I notified the dealer who scheduled an appointment to inspect the tire. To make this appointment which is an hour and a half away I had to take the day off of work. Upon arriving and having the inspection, the blame was immediately put on me saying I hit a curb! The manager said there was a scrape on the rim but it was already noted upon purchase? At this point I knew where this was going. After my experience I will be sending a complaint to OMVIC and the Better Business bureau, failing that I will file a statement of claim. These People are disingenuous and ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE HOME WITH A TIRE THAT WAS UNSAFE! I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy experience hence the fact the tire could have been like that upon delivery.

I recently bought my first car from Cambridge Honda, the entire process was so easy and stress-free. Initially I was stressed out about getting my car but Mo made everything so easy for me from the beginning to the end I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Mo goes above and beyond for his customers and does everything possible to help and solve your doubts regarding anything. The customer service is great and all the staff are super nice! I had a great experience at Cambridge Honda, and am now the owner of a car from there! Kevin was incredibly helpful in finding a car right for us, and Tony was super responsive over email to handle some last minute changes. I would happily go here again to get a new car.

I'm never a fan of the sales pitch in the office after we bought the car where they try to push extras, and like all dealerships, they do this here too. I get that's where they make money, but I have no interest.

Just got my first car from Cambridge Centre Honda. I am beyond words at how friendly and professional everyone at this location is. Mohammed was an amazing rep and went above and beyond to ensure he found me a vehicle that was within my budget but still greatly exceeded my expectations. Tony then took the time to explain the logistical side of things to me and was extremely friendly and was available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I am so glad I chose to buy from this dealership, I honestly could not have had a better first buying experience and definitely recommend them to anyone

Gave 5 star earlier when i purchased my new 2018 Honda CRV Ex here at CCH

But now reducing to 1 star.

Reasons:
1. I service my SUV here regularly since purchase and Car-wash is always out of service. So i lost time and money for car wash getting done at the same time with other maintainance...

2. Had to wait for here for hr and no snacks or coffeee which is usually freely available at all honda dealers. Coffee machine was also closed...

3. I told mechanic about an annoying noise in interior of new SUV and he didnt bother to look into it

My review is several months late, however I still want to tell everyone what wonderful service I had in buying a pre-owned vehicle (CRV) at Cambridge Honda. The manager and staff couldn't have been more helpful and even on follow up questions and advice. They seem to have a really cohesive team there. My wife and I came in to look at the CRV as we are looking for a cuv. We asked to test drive the vehicle and then had to pry to get any kind of information out of the salesperson on the vehicle and felt rushed when showing us features. Nothing like other dealerships that show its strong points versus others in the class and how it can appeal to a new family. We asked to go over pricing and were simply shown the website to build and price the vehicle. Given no pamphlets or papers to look over on the vehicle. When the salesperson asked what other vehicles we were looking at they replied saying “oh they have good deals at the moment” I am actually kind of surprised at the interaction for a dealership that has such high reviews.

Such a great experience purchasing my 2018 Honda Civic LX. Their 4.8 rating based on 700+ reviews is reflective of the experience I had. I was so impressed by how organized this dealership was, and how amazing the staff are. It’s very evident that they are carefully selected for their various roles. I look forward to coming in again when I need the car serviced. Mohammed in sales was super knowledgeable and was very detail oriented. Tony and Colin were great with answering all my questions related to the financing details. Recently my wife and I were in the market for a new car. It's a major purchase so we thoroughly researched the options, and toured the local dealerships to kick tires and take test drives. Since my wife is small of stature and the primary driver, seat height and clear visibility were key criteria. The Honda Accord topped our list of "potentials. " The salespeople at our local dealership were so unprofessional and off-putting that we left after a few minutes and went down the road to Cambridge Centre Honda. What difference! From the moment we drove onto the property we were welcomed and treated with respect. Sales & Leasing Consultant, Mark Stables, was a pleasure to work with. He arranged for us to take the car on an extended test drive, which was enormously helpful to my wife, and offered a generous trade-in price for our old car. Mark provided direct answers to all our questions-be they in-person or via email-and followed up quickly with additional information if he needed to consult with his supervisor. If you're in the market for a new car, we strongly recommend you visit Cambridge Centre Honda.

Terrible maintenence service. Charged 20 bucks to remove catalytic converter shield. LOL. Amongst other issues that were mentioned to multiple technicians well in advanced. They only paid mind to their arbitrary servicing. Probably not a good idea to get your Honda serviced through them. Don't waste your time.

Best service I've ever had here was today! In for an oil change and service was great! Staff and service techs were all super friendly and efficient! Location is convenient to work and evening and weekend hours are a bonus too.

I have only had positive experiences with this dealership. I bought my 1st 2003 accord many years ago from Dimitri, and subsequently have returned to buy a 2010 civic used, 2016 accord, 2017 type r and about to return for another purchase of a 2019 Pilot. Over the years I have recommended many friends take a look at this dealership, and all who have, eventually purchased a car. I highly suggest you reach out to Danielle Shannon if looking for a new or used ride. Her professionalism exceeded all my expectations. She is very knowledgeable, and follows up regularly. On the service side Carolyn, Dave and Owen have been rock solid. They are all honest, friendly and professional, while going above and beyond to make the maintenance and repair process a great experience.
This dealership sets the bench mark above what’s put out by Honda.

Like most other people looking for a new car, I do shop around. I made the mistake and purchased a car at Olympic Honda Guelph in 2013. When I had to go in for work, they scratched the door, and denied it. They also told me over the phone the problem with the car was covered under warranty, but later tried to bill me. Lots of unnecessary back and forth to get corrected. The Brantford dealership is no different. I left my car overnight, and they returned it with my accord emblem peeled off. They took no responsibility while it was on their property.

Through my experiences save yourself the time, and make a stop at this dealership.

I walked into the dealership with a very clear idea of what I wanted but decided to get quotes on two different models just to see the difference. The quote on the car I actually wanted was the highest out of the 5 Dealerships I went to and the salesperson added extra add ons on the quote I didn’t ask for. I was very discouraged when I left.

Fast and friendly service. For a dealership they have very reasonably priced oil changes, plus you get a free car wash. Also, Mark Stables is an amazing salesman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He didn't try to rip me off at all, unlike another local Honda dealership, plus he took the time to show me how everything worked in my new car. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from him.

Nice people yes but they advertise falsely unfortunately.
Booked an online test drive for which they advertise a reward of a $25.gas card and even returned for a second test drive. Was never offered the card!
I don't really care about the value of it all and I don't need the 25 bucks.it's just the principle of the matter that offends me. I won't deal with businesses that play these games.

They were great. Marci had found the car for me in manual with limited quantity with manual Transmission. Great Customer Service. Would go to them again down the road and would recommend to all my friends and Family. Scott was also very friendly and informed me with alot of information while dealing with the finances. Absolutely incredible service. They restored my faith in Honda after I had a horrible experience with Honda Downtown Toronto where they could not obtain a car I had put a deposit on. After telling me that I would get the car. Cambridge Centre Honda is a great dealership. I can't wait to pickup my Civic Hatchback Sport on Saturday.

10/10 for efficiency, service, friendliness and patience in answering all my questions! When I couldn’t get a ride in to pick up my new Honda, Kevin sent a shuttle to pick me up. Both he and Tony kept me informed on the status of my vehicle arrival and finances and Kevin took the time to review all my car’s features. To top it all off, I received a Thank you box of chocolates from them from the local Reid’s Chocolates! I can’t recommend them enough, thanks guys! I’m very happy!

The sales and finance team are extremely helpful and friendly, I dealt with Stan and Tony. Tony answered all my emails and questions throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. I traded in an old vehicle and bought a newer pre-owned vehicle and the whole process was so easy. The biggest trouble I will be having is getting used to having a backup camera! I would highly recommend Cambridge Centre Honda to my friends and family. Thank you so much for the great experience it was so much better than previous dealerships I’ve dealt with.

Having bought Hondas for about 9 years now, I've gone to various dealerships throughout Ontario and received mixed services. I will say Cambridge Centre Honda has been, by far and away, the MOST pleasant and satisfying dealership experience thus far. Knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, a deep stock of vehicles for your immediate purchase and not-so-intrusive upsell attitude willing to work with the buyer instead of trying too hard for commissions are all highpoints and a credit to this dealership.
