I went on 2nd june and I can’t explain how good was my experience with (Maureen) such an amazing lady with an excellent personality and more over very professional on her job.

It’s really great to have an amazing employee like Maureen who can explain to you all the information with happiness.

Am giving 5 starts just because of Maureen.

Emailed them asking for a copy of my property tax bill considering their online system wouldn't allow it due to program errors. They wanted $6 I literally laughed out loud! After moving from Hamilton its actually hilarious to meet a City hall that's in worse shape LOL open your eyes and vote people.

Bylaw doesn't take phone calls on weekends, so in effect they can't respond to issues properly. I was told to either leave a voicemail or call the police. Also, the online reporting system is a joke. No one ever responds to say it's being actioned. Compared to Kitchener, this city's bylaw enforcement is a joke.

Got a ticket in my own parking spot that I pay for. Do your job better because your “assumptions” are wrong! It is my spot, you’ve ticketed me 4 times in total. Get it together!
EDIT: The harassment has stopped (started 2 years ago total of 8 tickets) for now but I switch spots with someone so best of luck with harassing the General public Sabol ticketing people on private property and basically stocking them so you can ticket them.
