HEARING CONSULTANTS at this clinic, are well informed, experienced, and amazingly affordable.
I even offered more money because Mercedes deserved more, she
simply refused the extra.

Quick booking time. Came in for a hearing assessment, the ladies working were efficient and very polite. Would recommend for anyone needing assistance with their hearing issues.

Brianna was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Always able to answer our questions. Super nice gal to work with.

Clarity of hearing aids are very good but I struggle putting them in after week two. A bit too fidgety for me to work with.

I just had an excellent experience at Cambridge Hearing Centre. The woman at the front desk (who’s name I didn’t catch, sorry!) is very friendly and professional and the clinic is so quaint and tidy. As for Shauna, she is also very friendly, fast, thorough, informative, and the hearing test was a reasonable price! Will definitely be referring them to others.

Was just in for an appointment, 5-1/2 yr old hearing aid beginning to malfunction. Technician has assisted 3 times in effort to keep it working for me, very much appreciated.
I decided to order new aid today, they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Looking forward to new aid next week.

The Cambridge Hearing Centre has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. After purchasing my hearing aids 5 years ago I get a yearly hearing test, quarterly cleanings, batteries whenever I need them ALL WITH NO COST. When there is a problem with the devices they are looked after promptly and professionally. Many businesses could learn much from the Cambridge Hearing Centre.

At 63 I had my first ever hearing test with Shauna at Cambridge Hearing Centre. Shauna was friendly and thorough. She explained the process and results and I left the centre completely understanding what my next steps are. Lucky for me, I don't have to return for another year. I highly recommend Cambridge Hearing Centre.

I’ve never been here, but I read Tugboat’s one star review which seemed ridiculous. Felt that you folks could use a 5 star

They said that they will send my results by e-mail after the appointment. But they did not send it. I called and provided my e-mail address again. They did not send it again. I have to go to another hearing center.

I have an appointment at 10: 00 am show up and the person at the desk just told me he does not have time to see me, that he can see me at 11: 30 or another day, I drove for 23 minutes for nothing.
